10/They have no capacity to negotiate w/ a nuclear DPRK willing to limit its nuclear program, are incapable of even living w/ a nuclear DPRK, do not comprehend "hostile policy" (b/c in their minds DPRK is the threat) and Choe Son Hui's words are probably over all their heads.

11/B/c it takes two to tango, and this Admin cannot move US-DPRK relations closer to building trust & peace, I have to agree w/ CSH.
