A few days ago we revealed how the @drifters_nft story started until the first 1000 Innovators decided to find a new home, leaving the #Ethereum galaxy.
What comes next is the Drifter Chronicles, the stories of some Innovators that changed the course of our history. 📖👀 (1/17)

Innovators in the story:
- Lukko #569
- Lin #14
- Azula #964
(All Innovators' characters and traits in this story are based on the holder's feedback.)
(2/17)
« Well this would be a first… » thought Lukko to herself.
Standing on top of a 645-floor glass skyscraper, at the end of her Reaper XPZ46 sniper riffle, exactly 7.439 kilometers away from the man she had in her reticle, she took a deep breath to think about her last few weeks…
She had been tracking every single move of her contract: male, single, tech guy, commuting a lot in Zarba City to meet with new people. She could have ended the contract on day 1, and that got her to wonder…
(4/17)
Why would someone pay a fortune to hire Damocles’s best assassin for such an easy mission? As Lukko wasn’t in a rush, she decided to go for a little digging.
(5/17)
« Lin Zia… What’s so special about you? Whom did you piss off? Who’s interest are you threatening? » She had been in this business long enough to know it always comes down to money, politics, or land.
(6/17)
Lukko was a being of formidable instinct and, after a few days tailing Lin, something felt awkward. Usually, the contract was some powerful scumbag looking to screw another scumbag paying her to blow up the first scumbag’s head.
(7/17)
This Lin guy was a regular tech dude that just sold his small affair to convince a few people to follow him on his voodoo camping trip.
Two weeks later, Lukko was on a transport spaceship headed to the remote, and rather shitty, planet Gloth.
(8/17)
Following the contract here wasn’t the best part of her investigation, but she hoped it would help her get the bigger picture.
As she was climbing a hill to get an overview of Lin’s voodoo camp…
(9/17)
« WHAT THE FUCK?!? » was Lukko’s first reaction when she saw the large and very well-organized camp.
She took her Amplify X googles and started scanning and listening meticulously to the camp’s activity…
(10/17)
Lukko decided to satisfy her curiosity and infiltrate the camp to gather more intel. What she discovered was astounding, the amount of brainpower in here was crazy. Everybody was focused on building ways to push forward this « Drifter » cause she started learning about.
(11/17)
A few days living among those Drifters and her world was turned upside down: the trustfulness, the positive energy, people taking care of each other, sharing the heavy lifting with such joy… She never saw that anywhere.
(12/17)
Lin’s voodoo camp was an incredible group of Innovators determined to find a way to live differently, with a new vision, new values, and new rules.
But still, Lukko didn’t understand why she had to end Lin. At least, not until she saw her…
(13/17)
Standing a few meters away from Lukko was Azula Perky, the lead engineer for one of the most powerful military conglomerates in the galaxy... Dominium.
« Everything makes sense now. » Thought Lukko. « Oooooh Lin, you bad boy! You are messing with very powerful people… ».
(14/17
« Well this would be a first… » thought Lukko to herself.
Standing on top of a 645-floor glass skyscraper, at the end of her Reaper XPZ46 sniper riffle, exactly 7.439 kilometers away from the man she had in her reticle, she took a deep breath…
(15/17)
Vult Kulssen, Dominium’s CEO, was sitting in his board room, exactly 7.439 kilometers away when Lukko decided that…
« Oh fuck it, I’m a Drifter now… »
BANG 💥

Drifters in the story:
- Dajackal #41 - The pilot
- Ambre #187 - The explorer
- Rich #58 - The brain
It's storytime 👀📖 (1/13)
Dajackal was lying on his bunk bed, eyes closed, focused on his inner self he could sense the powerful engine propelling his spaceship through hyperspace.
For the last three years, he had been spearheading the exploration as a pilot for the Drifters.
(2/13)
And every time it was the same routine: first, he droned out towards places where Rich, a.k.a « the brain », found energy spikes. Then, if the location was confirmed, he would travel out there with Ambre, his teammate, a fiercely trained explorer to gather more intel.
