Armed J6 rioter #GingerGun has been identified as Arizona man Luke Philip Robinson.
Robinson was filmed at the Capitol riot carrying a concealed handgun. He hasn't been arrested, and the FBI won't explain why they removed him from their most wanted list.
Robinson was added to the FBI's list of unidentified Capitol rioters on May 4. The FBI removed him from the list on Sept. 25, the same day the New York Times reported that an FBI informant breached the Capitol during the riot.
Ray Epps defenders like Adam Kinzinger contend he didn't commit any crimes at the Capitol on January 6.
But the feds charged woman who stood right next to Epps solely for being in a restricted area of Capitol grounds, something Epps was also filmed doing. washingtonexaminer.com/news/ray-epps-…
Unlike Epps, Raechel Genco didn't actively encourage people to go to the Capitol on Jan. 5, and she didn't corral people to the Capitol on Jan. 6.
She is one of the only people charged with JUST being on Capitol grounds. She didn't set foot in the building or engage in violence.
Genco is the girlfriend of Ryan Samsel, the first person to attack a police barricade on Capitol grounds.
Epps whispered into Samsel's ear just seconds before the barricade went down.
Genco can be seen carrying a flag around 8 seconds into this video:
Ray Epps isn't the only J6 suspect to mysteriously disappear from the FBI's most-wanted list.
One man was filmed carrying a concealed handgun at the riot. He vanished from the list the same day the NYTimes reported an FBI informant breached the capitol.
State spokesman Ned Price said 24 hours ago that the Biden administration had no intention of charging Americans fleeing Afghanistan.
But a form Americans are REQUIRED to fill out to secure an evac flight continues to state RIGHT NOW that evacuees will need to pay up:
Maddingly, after nearly a day of emails back and forth, the State Department provided me an "off the record" response saying they were "currently working to update this information across all our web and social media platforms."
It has been 15 hours since the Biden administration said it had no intention of charging Americans for evacuation flights out of Afghanistan.
Fleeing Americans are still being told they'll need to reimburse the government for their flight in a REQUIRED form.
"You must complete this form even if you’ve previously submitted your information to the U.S. Embassy in Kabul by another means. This form is the only way to communicate interest in flight options," the US Embassy in Afghanistan said Wednesday.
State Department spokesman Ned Price, 15 hours ago: “In these unique circumstances, we have no intention of seeking any reimbursement from those fleeing Afghanistan.”
NEW: The Biden administration continues to tell American citizens in a REQUIRED FORM they could have to pay more than $2,000 to flee Afghanistan, hours after the State Department told the press it had no intention of levying any such charges.
The Biden admin said nearly 4 hours ago it had no intention of seeking reimbursement from people fleeing Afghanistan.
This is what the form that Americans are REQUIRED to complete to secure their flight out of Afghanistan says RIGHT NOW:
State Department spokesman Ned Price, 4 hours ago: "In these unique circumstances, we have no intention of seeking any reimbursement from those fleeing Afghanistan."
Required US Gov. form, RIGHT NOW: "All passengers will need to reimburse the U.S. Government for the flight."
