It started, from my research with the DCYF working with a fraudulent police officer named Jim McLaughlin in 1988 or so. He went on to frame a Catholic Priest so they could then mine the Diocese of Manchester in a ton of suits.
@techiestudent @State0fCorrupt @YouTube @mggrond Just last week, Jim McLaughlin's name was released by the AG of NH on a list of corrupt police officers. Then it was removed. It transpires that his corruption has been known about since 1985 - 9 years before the trial of Father Gordon MacRae.

And who did they have working with them but Edward Arsenault who eventually went to prison in 2014 for bribery and theft of the Diocese.

He filed hundreds of suits. Made millions.

@techiestudent @State0fCorrupt @YouTube @mggrond Despite a 3 year investigation post conviction by an ex FBI agent who found overwhelming evidence to indicate Father Gordon MacRae was innocent and that there was police misconduct, a retrial was turned down. Why? IMO to protect the extortion racket going on.

@techiestudent @State0fCorrupt @YouTube @mggrond It goes on...but long story short is that the State of New Hampshire gets Title IV funding and this appears to be syphoned off for for profit enterprises in which "friends of the family" are involved and there is little to no oversight, making them rife for hiding misconduct.
