1) why did @mybmc they not disclose the fact that young Arya got the vaccine 2 days before her death, instead rushed to threaten legal action against those who brought the post vaccine death to public attention?

4) state officials and reps from @BMGFIndia @WHO Clinton HAI etc meet once a month, one of their tasks is to track social media for rumours. Their task is also to make sure that all aefis are investigated and causality assessment is done. @mybmc why is this not being done?

5) AEFI Surveillance and Response Operational Guidelines – 2015 on page 25 under para “4.2 Channels for reporting AEFI” and sub para “4.2.2 Immediate serious AEFI notification (by the first person who identifies the event)” mentions the following:

of the adrenal glands, which can alter diagnosis.

10) Use of Verbal Autopsy form in case of
unexplained death/home death/inadequate information/insufficient medical records is a new
addition in the guidelines.
