1 Lue (LE) on the @coasttocoastam with @g_knapp.

LE: Oct. 2017 & coming out of the shadows on that stage with TTSA: With his previous job, he was used to having enemies & being anonymous. He wasn't used to using his name.
2 LE: Lots of people came before us with these type of claims about UFOs, JFK, etc. so I don't take it personally that media didn't take it seriously until the NYT ran their article. This field has a lot of interesting characters so you need to figure out who is who.
3 LE: Pentagon full of good people but when there are pockets of people who are jaded & even corrupts. When I went public, people in my chain of command were pissed off. How come I wasn't briefed? Why were you briefing Sec. of Defense staff & WH liaison & not two-star equivalent
4 in your chain of command? Well, there are reasons for that that will become self evident soon enough. Mentions his files going missing. Well, gov't is required to keep files between 4-7 years and sometimes indefinitely. In his case, the requirement/court order was to preserve
5 all of his emails. So when Pentagon admits they broke their own rules and deleted Lue's files, that's a big deal. There are individuals in Pentagon who are under scrutiny with Inspector General's office, which acts like internal affairs office in a police dept. Who's dirty?
6 IG makes recommendations to Sec. of Def. in an attempt to make DoD run better. Especially when it comes to criminal activity. First came out, Dana White, press secy for Sec. of D said Lue ran AATIP & they looked at UFOs. Then, a year later, there were public affairs officers
7 who changed the narrative. Lue didn't run AATIP and it didn't study UFOs. Lue called Chris Sherwood and said, what the heck is going on. Sherwood (PAO) told him people in his old office (OUSDI) are pretty upset w/you & want me to change my previous statement. So CS goes back &
8 tries to fix it and a week or two later, he's gone and there's a new public affairs officer. Eventually, they were forced to admit the three videos were UAP. So, eventually, he went to IG and submitted documentation to validate & substantiate his claims as a matter of fact.
9 That included his role w/AATIP, to some degree, what they found, the important nature of this topic & who he was briefing on a regular basis. To the credit of Dod IG shop, they were responsive and eager to read docs, emails & briefings that he provided. None of was classified.
10 but it was pretty clear what AATIP had been doing and their involvement. So the DoD IG has that information and it will take time for their investigation to complete. Lue was briefing Mellon about AATIP at the Pentagon & was instrumental in getting info. to senior levels of
11 Secretary of Defense. Those folks are still around & at some point he thinks they will talk 4 the record. if Congress ever decides 2 do open hearings, my best advice is sit down w/popcorn and sunglasses bc it will be a pretty good show when people learn about what AATIP found.
12 Lue says he has guys and gals out there that are constantly taking pot shots at me. There are two-bit journalists or folks who pretend to be journalists who always want to do a hit piece they wanna do, with a salacious headline but the facts are the facts & American people
13 deserve to know what's going on. this si real, and thank God Congress was able to get the classified briefings and access to classified information that he knew was there bc he saw a lot of it bc, obviously it was very compelling. People say 3 "blurry" vids. Well, those were
14 unclassified. <Commercial>

Having issues again here tonight with someone ringing doorbell and nobody being there. Two nights in a row and it's a little concerning. So my live tweeting isn't up to snuff tonight. Plus, a massive toothache. Sorry, folks. 😞
15 Knapp: You told me your direct supervisor didn't know what you were doing in AATIP. Is he still trying to slime your reputation? Lue: Yes, that person is still there. How do we get beyond that? There are a couple of other individuals who haven't been very helpful. They had a
16 chance to pick up the baton and really march forward, but instead, they chose the path of self preservation instead & decided to not say the complete truth to certain people when asked, and downplay. But now we're seeing Congress is informed, they know. They're not stupid.
17 We have some great people in Congress for Rubio, Gillibrand, Warner & Gallego & Burchett, who have really been spearheading the hell out of this thing. A lot of them had the classified briefings. What DoD doesn't realize is that people in DoD are talking to folks in Congress.
18 By law, u can't stop people from speaking to their representatives. So it's kind of a short-sided strategy to presume that ur going to be able to keep a lid on this forever...bc you can't. Pilots are coming out of the woodwork, videos are being leaked. Just ask @JeremyCorbell.
19 I'm sure you and Jeremy have a hell of a source network. I think prolonging the inevitable is probably not the right solution. This is like rotten veggies in the fridge. The longer u leave them in there, the more they're gonna stink. So we probably need to start cleaning up
20 fridge & airing out the rotten veggies that have been in there way 2 long.

Knapp asks Lue to2name his supervisor but Lue won't go it. Lue says, Gary Reed. Is that him? Do u recognize that name?

Lue: I do recognize it quit a bit but my mother said if you've got nothing kind
21 to say, don't say anything at all.

Since we're naming names, here are two who allegedly poisoned the well with outside interference and helped do their best to convince DoD to stop supporting, and kill the AAWSAP program:

Kate Borowic (DIA) and Marcel Lettre (OUSDI).
22 Lettre is mentioned in, "Hunt for the Skinwalker."

Lue: It's funny how the IG and karma works. Bob Marley said: You can fool some people some times but you can't fool all the people all the time.

Lue mentions Our Space, which is not classified but a lot of classified stuff
23 goes on there. It's a place 4 collaboration 4 our very smart analysis in the intelligence community to put their heads together & really think about hard/big problems. How to defeat enemies with nukes and how do we stop transnational terrorism. They get paid to have solutions
24 for our senior leadership. One of the biggest enclaves on Our Space right now is dedicated to the topic of UAPs. He's talking some of the finest analysts in the US government dedicating their time and talent to try to figure this out. Cat's out of the bag and it's
25 beginning to grow. legs of its own and building momentum, thanks to the brave folks in Congress who put their political reputation at risk by having this convo. And it's working. We learn something new every day.
26 Lue: June report was monumental. Out of 144 incidents, we could only solve one. And we have no idea what they are & we can't rule out that they're not from this planet. That's huge. What more do you want from an unclassified report where they only had 6 months to complete it?
27 Lue thinks you got one hell of a Xmas/Hanukkah/holiday present from that. What did it do? It piqued Congress' interest. If you don't know what the other 143 incidents are, you better get your butt back to the table and start trying to figure it out.
28 To the hardened ufologists out there, that wanna see alien bodies and all that stuff, you need to get realistic. I've said Day One, it's a marathon and not a sprint. If you don't have the stomach for this, go away and check out for five years. Go pick up a hobby.
29 Go learn to play the violin or piano, and in 5 years, come back and check back in. (I keep trying to urge patience but folks keep thinking imminent disclosure is on the horizon. I believe those folks will continue to be disappointed). This is not going to happen overnight.
30 But we've come a long, long way in the last four years and those forces of resistance in the Pentagon, every single day, are dwindling and dwindling. Lue thinks 2022 is going to be an even better year. We've got so many things planned, I think it's gonna be a knock-out year.
31 Knapp: Some folks think this is all a ruse and an attempt by the Pentagon to juice their budget. They're called UFOs & UAP but it's just foreign drones, Chinese & Russian tech. And some people think the 2019 images from East Coast are just (Batman) balloons & images he &
32 Corbell released (100 or so objects) on West Coast in 2019 buzzing 9 or more ships over a period of several days, caught on video, those are just Chinese drones & the Pentagon is lying to Congress behind closed doors just so it can juice its budget, which I find ridiculous.
33 Lue laughs and says...

I hate to be offensive but sometimes u just can't fix stupid.😁 I don't know the mental gymnastics people have to go through & realize what's going on here. Balloons don't break the sound barrier & they go with the prevailing winds. As far as drones?
34 Fine, but, you know what? The Chinese didn't have drones that could loiter in the middle of the Pacific Ocean in the 50s and 60s when we had these exact same objects, these Tic Tacs that were called flying throat lozenges and flying white butane tanks back then. All were
35 described w/same dimensions & the same performance characteristics. Get a grip. It's insulting. The fact that people will say things like that... But in some cases, there have been misidentifications & that's important bc Chinese & Russians ARE developing very sophisticated
36 technologies and drones that are used against us. That's the new arms race. Terrorist organizations and drug cartels are using drones and dropping bombs. So drones aren't new and every day they're getting better & better & getting more sophisticated. But they're not at the
37 point yet where they can do some of things that we're seeing, & that's why those five observables are so important. Drones don't do instantaneous acceleration past the speed of sound. Yes, they can take off very fast but you don't have those characteristics that we see w/UAP.
38 Drones don't travel at hypersonic velocities. Maybe a hypersonic cruise missile might but those don't make 90 degree turns and they don't have trans-medium properties that you have w/UAP. Drones don't fly under water and go into space and then fly into our atmosphere. We don't
39 have that tech yet. We're trying to but we're not there yet. Drones don't the ability to defy the natural effects of Earth's gravity (antigravity) w/o any obvious signs of propulsion. Drones have propellers or jet engines. They have to have some form means of lift.
40 Whether it's a fixed wing or rotary wing-type platform, they still ascribe to the laws of known physics. The tech associated with UAP (that we're seeing) doesn't have wings, rotors, an intake, an exhaust, a jet engine, a rocket engine. So, when people chalk these things up to
41 being something ordinary and routine, I say...Well fine, then prove it. Because right now, the onus isn't on me to prove it to you that these are UAP. At this point, we're beyond that. You need to prove to us that it's not a UAP because these behaving like no technology - what
42 we call red force or blue force technology - that we have or that we know is in anybodies' inventory.

Knapp: Were there attempts w/2019 incidents or more recently, to take 'em down using anti-drone tech that we have, that we know works, but didn't work on these objects?
43 Lue: I can't address that specifically. But as an example...

When Lue was in DC, he lived in the Chesapeake Bay area on an island. Many tims, the Naval academy would bring in big ships and submarines and Lue would get in his private boat. He knew he could only get to within
44 a certain distance of these ships b4 they sound a siren and you risk being literally blown out of the water if you keep getting closer. That all started bc of the USS Cole attack/bombing in 2000 where an inflatable that was used in an attempt to destroy the vessel. It killed
45. a lot of US service members. As a result of that, it started this minimum distance, this lethal line, that if u cross, there was a very real possibility that you were going to get lit up, shot and blown out of the water. All of know that. So to think that, for hours & hours,
46 these quote, unquote, "mysterious drones" are just hovering over the deck and they're kind of buzzing our boats, and we're not going to do anything about it, honestly, it's kind of a silly notion. I'm not at liberty to discuss what the US gov't did or didn't do but use some
47 common sense here. Obviously, if you have a billion dollar warship, you're not going to allow some sort of drone anywhere near your equities, especially when ur doing flight operations, or anything like that bc you have a lot at stake, including people's lives, the mission
48 and a lot, a lot of inventory at stake.

Knapp: East Coast incidents with objects just sitting there for days in high winds. We made some of the pictures public. I heard there were discussions about trying to snag a couple of them or snag one.
49 Lue: I'm in the middle of writing a book and my hope some of these very compelling incidents that I was privy to in AATIP will be able to be told. I think 5% of the story has been told. When people really find out just how much was going on, I think people are going to be
50 absolutely shocked & stunned.

Knapp asks about the NDAA, Congress, the new #UFO office and the Pentagon's AOIMSG office. He forgets the name and calls it OU812 (Van Halen) and E-I-E-I-O (Old McDonald 😀). He says the hints/vibes he's getting are not encouraging at all.
51 Thinks the unpronounceable acronym (AOIMSG) was intentional. How will these 2 entities exist in the future?

Lue: Maybe one won't exist (laughs). It's known on the inside as the AOIM office. It's clearly a pre-emptive effort by his old office, which has now changed their name
52 to OUSDI & S (Office of the Under Secretary of Defense 4 Intelligence & Security). For whatever reason, the Pentagon thought it would be helpful 2 create their own office inside the Pentagon & beat Congress 2 the punch. And say, "Look, look, look, we're taking this seriously.
53 "We're going to do everything we need to, & we're going to be operational & everything that you want us to do in the legislation, we're gonna do. That sounds nice in theory but in reality there's two issues: It's Lue's old office who really didn't give a damn about this topic
54 to begin with, until they were forced to. And two, USDI is an oversight office & not an operational office. It can't do operations, If you look @ their charter that establishes the USDI, it is a non-operational organization. It's part of the office of the Secretary of Defense.
55 It's staff members are staff members of OSD. Why did they do this? Only reason Lue can see if they're trying to control the narrative. What people don't realize is: Avril Haines (@ODNIgov) has also been asked by Congress to do something about this topic. DoD, from an authority
56 perspective, runs under Title 10 authorities but DNI runs under the Title 5o authorities and some of these other authorities, so they don't have to be held under the yolk of DoD. From Lue's understanding, DNI plans to collaborate and coordinate with DoD but he also suspects
57 that Avril Haines - she's pretty smart, she's pretty shrewd, she has that job for a reason and she got there. bc of her skills...and he's pretty sure she's aware of the games DoD is playing. So Lue expects she's not gonna hitch her wagon to the DoD train. She'll do what she
58 needs to do for the governance, but he also suspects they she's going to be doing her own thing to make sure this topic is being taken seriously. In reality, how actually will AOIMSG going to be around? How long will USDI have it? Will they just have a governance board & just
59 delegate those authorities down? We don't know yet, it's too early (as I said the other day). The bright side of this is Congress isn't dumb. Congress is aware of these attempts by some of these insiders in the Pentagon to do this. Lue thinks the @DepSecDef, Kathleen Hicks,
60, is an extremely, extremely smart lady and has his respect very much. Lue doesn't know if she has the complete picture of USDI's historical involvement in this topic. He he hasn't been asked to brief her directly on the history of his old office but he thinks there's enough
61 people whispering in her ear. Plus, there's the IG evaluation/report that Lue thinks will be very telling once it becomes public. Lue says he wouldn't get too excited over the fact that USDI is trying to control this through the AOIM office. This is literally the first inning
62 of this game & we may be going beyond 9 innings, we may be going into overtime, so to speak. Yeah, a little disappointing but we've come an awful long way and all in all, I think, we're off to a very good start.

I addressed some of this last week.

63 Knapp: We need to stay on top of every aspect of this, including what the budget will be.

Lue: Absolutely right. We're in the middle of creating civilian advisory boards. One academic, one scientific and one technology, to get the best and brightest in our country,
64 and perhaps even around the world, that gets them all together and helps advise our senior policy and decision makers of our country on this topic of UFOs/UAP. Lots to consider on from a national security perspective, a political, philosophical and sociological perspective.
65 In the last few months, Lue has been speaking to an individual who will probably be in charge of their academic advisory board. This person has a really strong academic vitae and has his PhDs in several areas. Lue thinks sociology is of greatest importance. The study of us.
66 You can't have the conversation about #ufos without having a conversation about what it means to us. How do we process that data? How are we going to deal with that data? How will it affect our financial, theological and social institutions? It's a big deal. Any time there's
67 any type of disruption in our society, our stock market is the first thing that reacts. In fact, there's a new insurance policy regarding UFOs and how it will affect a company and stocks.

cnbc.com/2021/06/10/etf…
68 Lue: We also need to speak about it from a military industrial complex. We're not in a cold war, threats are different. Just building bigger and more bombs isn't really the answer. We're of the mindset that sometimes you wanna extend a hand instead of a machine gun.
69 This are things we need to think about when setting up these organizations, or foundations and 501c3s so if philanthropic people want to provide money they can. And these organizations can provide recommendations to governments and us, the people. We can expect that in 2022.
70 What else people can expect in 2022 is increased gov't awareness & involvement, even more than we're seeing now. Also, more international cooperation, at the official & unofficial level. More foreign countries jumping on board, wanting 2 share the UFO info. they have available
71 with the U.S. And Lue thinks there will be more & more people coming out of the shadows to have this convo. He's very optimistic about 2022. Yeah, there a couple of speed bumps in the way that we still have to deal with - obviously, it's not easy - but we're getting to a point
72 where we have a critical mass. Enough people know the reality of this topic where...if you ask somebody, "Are UFOs are real?" that's really the wrong question to ask somebody at this point. The real question is: What do we do about it & how are we going to react when that
73 first contact is officially made? What are we gonna do? Are we gonna run for the hills, are we going to extend a hand, or are we gonna aim a rifle? And these are the things we need 2 talk about. Lue thinks we'll see increased media involvement in this topic. He says folks like
74 Knapp have been pioneers (hell yes!) for a long time in this topic and trailblazing when nobody else wanted to have the conversation. But now we have some really reputable outlets, as well echoing you. You have folks at @thehill (@MvonRen ) who are doing an absolute bang up
75 job reporting on this. You have folks at Politico, Washington Examiner & Wa Post. The list that goes on & on & the televised networks as well. In some cases, they're working on specials behind the scenes to really open this topic up. We've had @GadiNBC get involved in this
76 and our international friends like @rosscoulthart. Lue says all those folks deserve a lot of credit bc he & his colleagues never would have had any success if it wasn't for folks like Knapp & others in media who were willing to put their reputations on the line to have convo.
77 Knapp: Four years ago I interviewed you in your first, on camera, long-form interviews that you did. Couldn't talk about AAWSAP but a couple of months later, you COULD address it. You know it gets pretty weird & #UFOs don't exist in a vacuum.
78 Knapp: There are a lot of very strange aspects to it, side effects, different phenomena that are almost preposterous. You & I in a private convo, u said to me, "You know, we probably can't solve this mystery without looking at that stuff." In light of the political realities,
79 Knapp: do you think there will ever be an appetite in DC to dig into it? The Gillibrand amendment offers some hope of digging into it bc it can explore medical effects of people who have close encounters. Give me your sense of where that leads, whether anything like AAWSAP
80 Knapp: could exist again.

Lue: Well, sure. Let me say it again: There would be no AATIP if there wasn't an AAWSAP. AATIP came from AAWSAP & there were some very pioneering individuals such as Dr. Jim Lacatski. He is probably the number one rocket scientist this country has
81 had this half century. He was truly a national treasure and the big brain. When you have a guy like JL, running an organization like AAWSAP, that should tell you that there's a lot of seriousness behind this phenomenon and the topic of what AAWSAP was engaged in.
82 There was a time when the northern lights were considered supernatural & now we realize they're just natural. They're beautiful & they're mysterious, but at the end of the day, they're natural. I don't have any issues exploring & looking at the unknown. Maybe that's just the
83 intelligence office in me. That's kind of our job, right? If there's an unturned stone, let's turn it over and see what's underneath. Let's figure it out. He won't say much about AAWSAP bc he was focused on AATIP. We shouldn't criticize anybodies' efforts into looking into the
84 unknown bc ultimately, that's what gave rise to our successes later on when I was running AATIP and we need to recognize that. I think we need to give credit where credit is due and give a big pat on the back to people who were brave enough to pioneer for the earlier days
85 during the days of AAWSAP.

(I will finish this tomorrow. Still dealing with pretty bad pain in my mouth and I need to sleep. This is a almost transcript quality but not quite.)
86 Knapp: AAWSAP looked at UFOs and then #Skinwalker and some pretty strange stuff like hitchhikers. The hitchhiker effect comes with the territory. People you know well have had this hitchhiker effect in their lives & it follows them. Not just from the ranch but other people
87 Knapp: who have had close encounters. Dramatic stuff happens in their homes. You trust those people. So, I wonder what do you make of that.

Lue: Absolutely. These people are, in some cases, battle-hardened, combat-trained individuals, no nonsense. Yeah, there's absolutely
88 a very weird aspect to that. Unfortunately, there's not a whole lot I can say bc I frankly just don't understand it. But yeah, there are and were individuals that...I've said for the record before, and I always leave breadcrumbs, but when I told people that this is a very
89 sticky portfolio, that's precisely what I meant. There's this strange aspect to the AAWSAP where people were, for a lack of a better words, I guess, they were picking something up and bringing it back home with them. And their families and even to some degree, their neighbors,
90 had these very weird disturbances. That was definitely something that had been reported on a regular & continuing basis.

Knapp: Are u aware of this kind of phenomenon happening to aviators who zoom in & get exposed 2 a UFO? Maybe it's not right up close but it's close enough.
91 Say in some of the famous cases that we know about. Could something follow them home and affect their lives in unusual ways?

Lue: Well, in the Gillibrand amendment that's now law it talks about biological and psychological effects, doesn't it? So, maybe people should...before
92 they chuckle and write it off as being nonsensical, maybe they should take a step back and take a deep breath and realize that there may be a lot more to this topic than we know. At the end of the day, we just gotta be open minded. We really can't jump to any preconceived
93 notions or conclusions w/o any information. And so, all the data is important. Let's collect it all & then let's see what the data tells us.

"Skinwalkers at the Pentagon" is a must read. One way 2 support my efforts is by buying thru my Amazon links.

94 Knapp: There have been a lot of reports/claims w/witnesses coming forward who say physical evidence does exists. Something we would consider a silver bullet & hard to deny. If not an element that doesn't exist, then maybe pieces of a craft engineered in some way that we can't
95 Knapp: produce them. Or, an intact craft even (W/Davis notes is one place where an intact craft is mentioned). It would make perfect sense that if our gov't collected that stuff, they might stash it w/a contractor. You've heard those same stories. Dr. Eric Davis, Hal Puthoff
96 Knapp: have addressed them. We hear bits & pieces of accounts about how materials have been analyzed. We DO know that when AAWSAP/BAASS went looking for that stuff & sort of knocked on the door (Knapp adds sound effects & knocks on his desk 😀) of a place where they thought
97 Knapp: it was stashed, or people would know about it, the door was slammed in their face. And soon thereafter, others in the Pentagon came after that program (AAWSAP). Can you address the general idea about...do goodies exist, if so, where they might be, and how, if ever, they
98 Knapp: can be obtained. and documented and shown to the public?

Lue: Oh my goodness. Uhh...

Knapp: (laughs) It's a tiny little question, you know.

Lue: Yeah, that's a hard question. First of all, it's not up to me (laughs). It's gonna be up to people who are far more senior
99 in the government to figure that out. There's a lot of stuff that are in the holdings in the U.S. government, & I'm not sure the government is comprehensively aware of everything it has. It's a huge bureaucracy like everything else, and it takes time to try to figure out.
100 Especially if you've got, potentially - and let me just emphasize, potentially, 😉 - 70 years worth of data. It takes some time to collect it all and figure out what that data says and what it means. And do we have a better understanding now? And who collected it & under what
101 circumstances? So, I'm gonna do a really polite pass on that simply bc I don't know. I can't really speak very coherently on that.

(Read what Eric Davis had 2 say about UAP crash retrieval program - Scroll 50% thru article & Dr. Eric W. Davis in bold

102 Knapp: Let me ask it this way. Hal Puthoff, ur friend & colleague, & my friend, has spoken publicly about pieces of material that were analyzed that really looked strange. Eric Davis has been more forthright about it. We know that Drs. Jacques Vallée & @GarryPNolan have made
103 Knapp: public statements about bits & pieces of strange stuff that they're analyzing. We believe that other governments or other nations or investigators elsewhere are analyzing stuff. We know that @TTSAcademy had a really strange piece & it went into an agreement with
104 Knapp: the @USArmy to take a look at. Is there any of this material, that is in the public hands, in a sense, that you think might be made public & have really intriguing revelations in the coming year or so?

Lue: Well I sure hope so. That's exactly what we wanna do.
105 We wanna get the information out to the broadest consumer so everybody can see it. But ultimately, if there's data, material, information, whatnot, that's in the hands of the government...first of all, that's not up to me to decide what they're gonna share. And secondly,
106 I wouldn't be able to even really talk about it, to be honest with you. So it's just one of those things I gotta be a little bit careful of.

Lue was a little more forthcoming on materials and "stuff" in his interview last year with @RichDolan.

ufojoe.net/lue-dolan-tran…
107 Knapp takes phone calls.

Caller Apache in Colorado Springs asks if we really had a craft or tech from Roswell, how would that affect our oil-based economy? Are the ones who (allegedly) suppress tech that could get us away from oil, the same ones who suppress the UFO info?
108 Knapp shortens & clarifies the question: The think tank u mentioned will be looking at all different types of ramifications from a disclosure announcement, including economic effects. I would think those would be profound.

Lue: Yeah, clearly. There's a lot we need to really
109 consider here & think about. There's a lot of interests & equities & a lot of people are very concerned that when you have this, what you call disruptive technology, let's say, for example, we learn something from these UAP & now all of a sudden we don't need - just for an
110 example - fossil fuel, right? So you have this disruptive technology that comes in & changes the way we do business. Yeah, it's gonna be a little bit difficult for some of these organizations but there's also all sorts of new opportunity. Imagine if we were stuck in the
111 industrial revolution, just stuck with steam engines, right? And we never changed to the combustion engine, right? We realized that there was a lot more, if you will, energy output by breaking up molecules instead of transferring water into steam, that we could use. And it
112 created a whole bunch of new industries. Well, very much to the same degree here, right? So now we have the advent of electric cars. Well, that's a disruptive technology. We don't need fossil fuels like we needed before. And so, these multi-million & in some cases,
113 billion-dollar companies, right? Just look at Tesla and @elonmusk that have been very successful with electric technology that's actually benefiting mankind. So yeah. there's always going to be somebody on the short end of the stick. That's just capitalism. You might even
114 argue that's just human evolution. But at the same time, there comes a whole lot of promise and I think, and optimism with that bc you have a chance for new revolutionary-type industries to come forward and really benefit mankind as a whole. So yeah, on one hand, it's a bit
115 of a threat to some of these organizations, perhaps, but if they're smart, they'll be able 2 evolve with it. Ford Motor Company is a perfect example, making automobiles and trucks for many, many years. I'm a gearhead so I talk in terms of cars and trucks. Ford just introduced
116 their new, electric pick-up truck, and by all accounts it's extremely capable. In fact, it may even outperform some of the most heavy-duty trucks that we have now that Ford is making with a gas engine. So there you have it.
117 Knapp: The caller was asking about reasons for suppressing the truth on this. We have mutual friends who are in favor of investigating these mysteries and getting to the bottom of it. And generally, [they] would like the public to know. But they put it this way: You can't
118 Knapp: tell your friends w/o telling your enemies. So, there are going to be limits on disclosure going forward. No matter how successful the new #UFO/#UAP program might be, we're not gonna get to know all this stuff. There's not gonna be some big announcement, "Here's all
119 Knapp: "the goodies." Because we can't tell our public without telling enemies about it and there are legitimate, national security interests involved, aren't there?

Lue: Well, of course there are. The last thing we wanna do is give up our crown jewels and allow some other
120 country to exploit those secrets. Not just because they're the crown jewels and they are the crux of our national security, but also, we've spent BILLIONS of dollars of taxpayer dollars to develop these technologies. And just to give them away to another country, seems a bit
121 of a waste, frankly. So, I don't think it's realistic that we're just going to, all of a sudden, change the way mankind is as a species & we're all just gonna get along instantly overnight & we're all just gonna share our secrets. Because, even if we do, you can be pretty
122 sure that Russia won't, that China won't, that these other countries won't. So, there's no real incentive. However, I do think over TIME, that this topic has the chance to bridge countries & bring countries together. We are already seeing it right now with some of our friends
123 in Europe where they wanna come and talk to us about this topic. That's important. We have countries like Japan that wanna enter into a bilateral agreement with us. If we're smart, we'll use this opportunity to bridge, & instead of focusing on our differences, maybe we'll
124 focus on our commonalities instead.

Caller Mike in Pasadena asks Lue about his book.

Lue: Let me make it very clear: I'm writing this book for a very specific reason & when it comes out it's gonna be very, very clear why. My hope that it is going to be extremely informative
125 and I will be able to provide information that has yet to be provided, in a very clear and concise way. And also, hopefully, you get to learn a little bit about me. Another project I'm working on now - I won't go into a lot of detail - I've partnered with a few people and
126 I am working on the, hopefully, 2B the most definitive documentary ever on this topic. I won't go much more into that but my hope is that it will be extremely informative & it will be the absolute epitome of this topic that we're talking about right now. Will I go on a book
127 tour and talk to folks? That's certainly possible. If you've noticed, other than doing George's show, of course, I've been a little bit out of the media lately, really just to focus on my book. I'm writing the book myself. It's kind of a project, to be honest with you.
128 I've never written a book before. I've written many, many reports [but] this is my first time [writing a book] so you only get one chance to do it right and a whole bunch of chances to do it wrong so I'm definitely taking my time on it.
129 Knapp: Estimated time? U know when it will come out?

Lue: I can't say that, George. My hope is as soon as possible but no earlier than the time necessary 2 do it right.

Knapp (laughs) It's hard work, isn't it?

Lue: Oh my goodness (laughs)! Yeah, that's an understatement.
130 Caller talks about her triangular UFO sighting & says she thinks it was a military craft since she was near a military post where she saw it. Her sister thinks it was a Reacher drone. What does Lue think?

Lue: Unfortunately, I can't talk about any type of military
131 technologies that we might or might not have and I'm certainly not going to speculate. Obviously, drone technology is improving at an incredible pace around the world. A lot of drones can do a lot of things. Seems like every year they're getting better and better and able to
132 fly faster and farther and for longer periods of time. But without seeing what you saw or seeing a video, it's gonna be really hard for me to provide any type of definitive opinion on it simply because I just don't know. I would need to know where you saw it, the altitude,
133 its velocity and the heading it was on, and any type of unusual characteristics and it did it fall into the five observables and things like that. Unfortunately, I can't simply answer your question because I just don't have enough information. Please forgive me.
134 Knapp: You sound at least somewhat optimistic about the year ahead then?

Lue: Well yeah. I am very optimistic about the year ahead, for the cause. For me personally, I don't know.

Knapp laughs.

Lue: There's still a lot of people who don't like me very much.
135 Every day I wake up thinking: What shoe's gonna drop next? But for the cause, I'm extremely optimistic. I think we're definitely on a good glide path. I only wish that our good friend Harry (@SenatorReid) Reid would be around to see it. Fortunately, he saw the law passed but
136 I sure wish he was here for a little while [longer?].

Knapp: Well he was aware of where it was headed and he was really pleased about it and was finally comfortable about his legacy and his role in where it lead.

[The End]
137 Lue mentioned, "a lot of stuff that are in the holdings in the U.S. government," & "potentially - and let me just emphasize, potentially, - 70 years worth of data."

1 Great book. Art Bell partook in some big time #UFO-tainment (Ed Dames was his ratings king) but he was so good at what he did, you didn’t realize it. One of the best interviewers I’ve ever heard and always asked the questions you were thinking.
2 I communicated w/Art on FB & messenger & we talked about 2012 (I wanted him as my host for a 2012 TV show I never did. He was open 2 the idea), Trump (Art really liked him) & I brought up Dames & the dangers of, “I interview the guest & my audience decides if they’re credible.”
3 I wasn’t a fan of that bc Art would prop up & praise Dames in his intro. and make him sound more credible than he was. In reality, after training in NYC, Ingo recommended Dames NOT be a remote viewer bc his imagination got in the way. So Dames was just a monitor in the program

1 #ufo Ask & u shall receive!

From, "The Book of the Damned" by Charles Fort.

I even went back a little.

"When we can specially take up that subject, one of our leading ideas, or credulities, will be that near approach by another world to this world would be catastrophic: that
2 "navigable worlds would avoid proximity; that others that have survived have organized into protective remotenesses, or orbits which approximate to regularity, though by no means to the degree of popular supposition.

"But the persistence of the notion that we must be

"Dangers of near approach - nevertheless our own ships that dare not venture close to a rocky shore can send rowboats ashore -

1 If 2019 West Coast events & other unexplained incursions from "drones" are actually #ufos, it makes many of us think (as Eric Davis said) the phenomenon dictates disclosure. Is it trying to force us into revealing their presence? If so, it could be a mixed bag of good/bad.
2 Are we facing some near-future calamity that will need us to get our act together quickly in order for us to deal with it? Bad. Are "they" trying 2 wake us up? Good. Are "they" trying to alert us that we're also dealing w/some other negative intelligence that's taking advantage
3 of us? Bad. All speculation. Whatever it is, if it's trying to get us to evolve in some way, that could be good. Or, it could be the Vallee control system that's kicking in. If it's "automated" or dictated by certain social conditions that we've reached, that could be bad.

1 #ufo Was referencing Lue's comments earlier today on this

Lue: "Not a single one of these have been shot down, not a single one of these have ever been recovered from the ocean, not a single one of them has had a mechanical issue, not a single one has been able 2B intercepted.
2 Dolan: "It seems insane."

LE: "And by the way, we have helicopters on these ships and not a single one has been caught by one of our helicopters or aircraft. You know, okaaaay. But you really got to do a lot of mental gymnastics then, to prove to me that that is some sort of
3 LE: "drone technology. I’m not saying it’s impossible. What I’m simply saying is you’ve got to build a case then to prove that. Because at this point, that’s a greater feat than saying it’s a UAP. Really. Because at that point, it’s, “Okay, well, we’re really talking about

1 Decent VF article from 12/22/17 that many may have missed.

"For Times editors, the primary considerations that led to the A1 publication of 'Glowing Auras and Black Money’: The Pentagon’s Mysterious U.F.O. Program' were more earthly in nature. 'The reason this was a story was
2 "'because the Pentagon acknowledged it had spent $22 million of taxpayer money to investigate U.F.O.s from 2007 to 2012 - & because Harry Reid had pushed for the funding, and was proud of it, on the record,' Washington Bureau Chief Elisabeth Bumiller, who oversaw the reporting,
3 "told me. 'We talked about it the way we talk about all stories - it had to be airtight.' Bumiller also noted that 'the story did not have a huge presence on A1 in print—it had only a small run on the front. On the Web, it had great play, in part because the video was so

"Drones @ nuclear power plants: 'Serious incident'
