Slowly coming to terms with how little my brain is capable of. The webbed chain reactions, aka clusterfuck or nexus, of the many systems – Earth systems, but also the many human systems – they overwhelm me. And knowing that I don't know or see half of it, overwhelms me even more.

Adding to this, that I can't trust my mind nor my previous philosophy, is the profound loss of trust in other people; in their ability to overlook their own part of the systems they make decisions for, and in their minds' ability to mesh their radius with neighboring systems.

Ability - or willingness. Ofc, I see that they're not willing to in the depth and consequences for their decision making radius that I view as req'ed.

Yet I still hope that all this is only due to my own mind's limitation. And that they're much more capable than I can realize.

But if they were much more capable than I realize, surely I'd have heard it by now, between the lines, and seen it in their decisions & actions?

Journalists, CEOs, politicians – they all failed me since long before I realized it. My neighbor failed me, too.
And my mind failed me.
What I'm left with now is this profound loss of trust and with the fear that all goes bellyup bc they don't know how we're all confident idiots
