Don't get me wrong, I'm pretty ecstatic about the ridiculous TVL jump $FTM has seen since Andre announced this snapshot for @solidswap.

(I mean 50% increase in TVL in 1 day??? Even in crypto, that's wild)

But, this feels, wrong.

With the snapshot fast approaching, look at the protocols which aren't gonna make it.

Anyone whose been in $FTM before this year, would have known of @LiquidDriver $LQDR and @TarotFinance $TAROT. But here they are (likely to be) excluded from one of the biggest projects in $FTM.

These are projects that contributed to the ecosystem in $FTM since its early days before CT started pumping $FTM to the high heavens.

These are the protocols that deserve to be rewarded for building $FTM to where it is today.

Of course, that's not to say the projects in the top 20 don't deserve it.

Many of them like $BEETS, $GEIST, $SCREAM, $SPIRIT have all been staples of the $FTM eco and should definitely make the cut.

Now, I don't blame the protocols that came in to suck up liquidity. After all, they don't set the rules. Hate the game, not the player.

But yea, I don't think this move is healthy for the $FTM ecosystem as a whole.

And not to mention, a 50% TVL increase, is likely mostly made up of mercenary capital just here to pillage the fresh yields.

I'm still long $FTM but I fully expect TVL to dump after this.

I'd love to be proven wrong tho.
