First off: 99% of the milk you see in your local supermarket is not as nature intended. Commercial milk is pasteurized / ultra-pasteurized / homogenized.
"Pasteurization" is the process of heating milk to remove the bacteria and protect the shelf life.
Pasteurization was introduced in the 1890s as agriculture became more industrialized.
It was intended to keep people safer. It was difficult to keep milk clean enough to drink on large scale farms, thus, pasteurization was born to make milk consumption more safe.
I healed my autoimmune disease (UC) doing these things in 2021:
