I have apps for FUN (Twitter, TikTok, games..) and WORK (email, slack..)
These are great, but they keep the mind BUSY at all times.
So I found a few apps that bring PEACE of mind

#2 I've tried starting "meditation" many times but it never clicked and became something I enjoy.
Until I discovered "breathwork". My new morning routine is @othership_us. Guided breathwork by @robbiebent1 (was early at Ethereum). The music is top notch, makes it fun
