New Durham filing...
Not looking good for Sussmann's co-conspirators!

#ButNothingsHappening
s3.documentcloud.org/documents/2118…
It looks like they have the #receipts... Image
Oh goodie, there is another OIG investigation still ongoing! Image
Sussmann's emails with FBI from January 2016-June 2016...

226 emails from FBI's holdings involving Rodney Joffe & one of his companies, Packet Forensics? Image
Typo that is Sussman’s emails to FBI thru June 2017.
Sussmann's lawyers think he was under FBI surveillance...

FBI says they verbally provided the results, under discovery if there was any...

Looks like they were fishing to see if FBI had a FISA on Sussmann... Image
Sussmann's team also wants to identify who at FBI told the NYTimes that the Russian Collusion allegations against Trump were false. Destroying the planned election eve story Sussmann, Simpson, & Steele had planted at NYT's!
They gave 37 emails to the defense! Image
This is the story they are fishing for...
Hillary's oppo research team had spent months convincing NYTimes to accuse Trump of collusion & use the AlfaBank FBI investigation as their proof Trump was guilty.
FBI made it blow up in Hillary's face with this!
nytimes.com/2016/11/01/us/…
Fusion GPS & Sussmann had their entire effort to frame Trump, Baker & Comey blow up in their face.
Fusion GPS Russian expert Ed Baumgartner knew who to blame! ImageImageImage
Sussmann's defense has focused on Gray Mail, demanding classified information for the defense so DOJ has to choose between harming national security & prosecuting the defendant.
As I mentioned when Sussmann was charged, CIPA was created to prevent this from succeeding. Image
So DOJ is pushing the FBI & other government agencies to declassify the documents because Sussmann needs them for a fair trial.
Sussmann threatened to throw DOJ in the Briar Patch, & DOJ is dragging all of the agencies into the Briar Patch to declassify the documents! Image
I wonder what information that Sussmann's lawyers went fishing for in AD Priestap's above Top Secret Counterintelligence notebook! Image
Seems the lawyers for the witnesses & other subjects of the investigation have made false allegations against Durham & his investigators. And Sussman's lawyers knew to ask for these misconduct allegations against Durham's team.
These normally privileged emails will be handed over ImageImage
The judge or DOJ may order this to be SOP later...
But DOJ searched for misspellings of Sussmann's name & has turned over 1099 items in FBI files. ImageImage
In October, Durham's team went to OIG to request additional evidence & documents from the AlfaBank & Crossfire Hurricane investigations to include in the discovery request.
Releasing internal data that would not otherwise become available in any case! Image
KABOOM!

In addition to his efforts to sway FBI & CIA, Sussmann approached OIG in early 2017.
Claiming one of his clients (Joffe) had observed an OIG Special Agent in Charge using a VPN to communicate with a foreign country.
Were Joffe & Sussman framing them to control OIG cases? Image
Sussman did approach OIG on behalf of Joffe in March 2017!
Sussman held a meeting with IG Horowitz & his then General Counsel William M. Blier who was General Counsel from 2010-2018.
To tell them about Joffe's 'forensic report' accusing a SAC at OIG of foreign collusion... ImageImageImage
Also huge, OIG has been holding James Baker's phones without anyone knowing that. I think that identified Baker as one of the FBI whistleblowers OIG has discussed in the past but not named. Providing hard evidence of Sussmann's efforts against Baker & FBI! Image
Very curious, due to the burden (DOJ OIG is focused on COVID aid corruption investigations) OIG did not run Durham's requests for discovery on all of the evidence Horowitz's team collected.
Instead, Horowitz asked Durham's team is assist with the searches bypassing OIG people... Image
FBI Inspection Division (internal affairs) is investigating the agents on the Russia investigations. They have not been handed over to Durham yet, but they expect them to be handed over.
Docs usually not provided in cases either unless a specific agent's misconduct is involved. ImageImage
Sussmann's team demanded all of Joffe's contracts (mostly classified programs) with the FBI & other agencies. Instead of dropping Sussmann's charges, Durham's team is getting the documents & forcing declassification & review under CIPA. Image
Either Sussmann is trying to claim he was an anonymous tipster & FBI outed him. Or there is evidence related to other anonymous tips to FBI. Did Sussmann & his team flood the FBI with fake Russian collusion tips to juice the system? Image
Sussmann's defense claims that there were additional CIA personnel at his Feb. 2017 meeting.
Is he trying to out CIA covert personnel like Valerie Plame?
Or did CIA conceal information from Durham when they investigated the meeting? ImageImage
So with all the new information, classified information getting declassified, OIG evidence searches, & similar issues, Durham asks for permission to be a little late with a small amount of discovery that is hard to gather information.
Judge will probably approve. Image

FBI & DOJ are conducting a criminal investigation of Swampy consulting firm McKinsey & Company for its consulting of opioid manufacturers that created the epidemic in the US!
Also looking at Obstruction of Justice charges!
#ButNothingsHappening businessinsider.com/mckinsey-under…
If you are not aware, McKinsey helped Purdue Pharma & other opioid manufacturers boost sales of their drugs. Causing the Opioid Epidemic that has cost hundreds of thousands of lives in the US.

One of their former clients included details of subpoenas they recieved for information on McKinsey in their SEC filings 3 years ago. SO this investigations has been running in stealth mode for more than 3 years.

They stopped doing this consulting in 2019 as it became a risk. Image

So if this meeting & publishing positive stories about Donald Trump was illegally rigging the 2016 election,
what about the 65 reporters who had similar meetings & arrangements with the Clinton Campaign in 2016?

theintercept.com/2016/10/09/exc…
It was a premeditated effort to control friendly media to publish positive stories about Mrs. Clinton & negative stores about her opponents.

Wonder if this line of questioning is making a lot of reporters & Clinton allies very nervous.

The Clinton Campaign even had a list of media that would tell the story that Hillary wanted told...

They also had a list of pundits who would publish positive stories about Hillary & negative stories about her opponents.

Good, the Swamp hasn't been able to help these Swamp creatures who tried to frame Trump for Russian Collusion.

#ButNothingsHappening
If you haven't been following the efforts of FauxMAGA Republicans to frame Trump in 2016 & 2017, it's time to catch up...
Benton was also willing to sell out Trump to the Chinese, but in that case he was duped by British reporters into having that conversation on video.

Wait until they figure out that Microsoft's 3rd party vendor licensing programs are designed to hide bribery & give them plausible deniability whenever their vendors get caught.
Business, government, educational software licenses are rife with kickbacks.
#ButNothingsHappening
Essentially the scheme works by Microsoft giving a vendor permission to provide the software licenses at a discount. The vendor then charges the customer full price, & the discounted amount is then used to pay bribes to purchasing authorities.
Microsoft enabled these schemes in a large number of countries & they have been facing prosecutions for at least 10 years for it.

This morning, President Trump posted about FISA 702 renewal.

How many people are going to misunderstand what Trump's post means?

How many are going to falsely believe that "they" is the FBI?
Everyone who still believes Hillary's Russia Hoax... Image
You need to follow Trump's actions, not his words.

Especially not his words as you misread them based upon what the fake news told you to believe.

When Trump was POTUS, he renewed FISA 702 in 2018.

If he was POTUS now, he'd renew it again.
reuters.com/article/us-usa…
Image
So let's break down what Trump said, not what people will misinterpret Trump saying.

So was FISA 702 the problem?
Nope, someone had to violate FISA 702 to spy on Trump.

If spying on Trump had been legal, then you could argue that FISA 702 as the problem. Image

14 years ago, people still believe this lie.

Enemy insurgents are not civilians. They are war criminals for posing as civilians while engaged in combat. Why is that a war crime? Because it increases the odds of real civilians being mistaken for combatants.
Wikileaks used distraction techniques to create a false narrative. They pointed to a camera, while the pilots talked about observing weapons. To distract people from the real weapons the group was carrying & trick them into thinking the pilots pretended the camera was a weapon.

The insurgent I circles has an AK. He's trying to hide it against his body, but if you watch the video you can see it repeatedly. Image
