Kara Dansky and Jennifer Bilek both have connections to ecofascist Lierre Keith and I'm starting to wonder if the end goal of their anti-trans activism is actually to use transphobia to radicalize more TERFs towards ecofascism and spread ecofascism to more people on the Right.

It's pretty well established by this point that right-wingers and fascists use transphobia to recruit people. Would it be unbelievable that Lierre Keith and other ecofascists could be using trans people as a symbol for the "degeneracy of postmodern industrial civilization"...

...to recruit transphobic people into ecofascism? They could use conspiracy theories about a dangerous "gender industry" created by transhumanist billionaires to try to convince people that technological society as we know it needs to be toppled before humanity is destroyed.

Ecofascists believe in bringing about the collapse of society by any means necessary, including industrial sabotage that could result in mass casualties. Why wouldn't they use transphobia to get people freaked out about the supposed "decadence" of a society they want to destroy?

Lierre Keith & other members of her ecofascist group Deep Green Resistance tried to recruit anarchists but were pushed out of anarchist communities for their transphobia. Not long after that, Keith started WoLF & started recruiting transphobic feminists into her group.

What if she saw a community that was already transphobic and decided to exploit that and use that transphobia to recruit people into her version of ecofascist transphobic feminism? What if WoLF's brand of transphobic feminism was always a means to spread ecofascism in the end?

WoLF is the main driver of the alliance between transphobic feminists and right-wingers/fascists in the US. They've worked to spread their specific brand of transphobic feminism and ecofascist conspiracy theories all over the Right and moved the entire GC movement rightwards.

WoLF was not an organic outgrowth of transphobic feminism and a lot of TERFs hate them. They have a lot of enemies among transphobic feminists, largely because of how they try to dominate and control the whole movement and steer its direction. WoLF has its own specific agenda.

Of course all TERFs are fucked up and dangerous but what is happening now in this country with GC feminism is not what a lot of TERFs want, it's what WoLF wants. A lot of TERFs are completely opposed to working with the Right and to WoLF's version of transphobic feminism.

I watched how WoLF behaved in the larger transphobic feminist subculture and they don't act like other TERFs. They're a political cult that competes with other TERF groups and has its own district agenda. They worked hard to be the most visible face of transphobic feminism.

A lot of their actions make way more sense if their transphobia is largely a means to an end to achieve as much power as possible. Their ideology and propaganda is a way to recruit as many people as possible from groups that are already transphobic and unite them in one agenda.

And I think drawing as many people as possible into ecofascism is the end goal. First they built up WoLF by recruiting from TERFs, then they made their right-wing connections and use that to spread not only anti-trans but also anti-transhumanist conspiracy theories on the Right.

They mix in anti-technology paranoia with their transphobia and claim that stuff like postmodernism and biotechnology is a threat to humanity itself, a threat that calls for "extreme solutions" to in order to avoid being enslaved or destroyed. The transphobia is just a start.

I know this probably sounds like a conspiracy theory too but I think this is worth investigating because there are definitely ecofascists who are serious about bringing about collaspe by any means necessary and Lierre Keith and her friends at DGR are some of those people.

The Christian Right created their version of an anti-trans panic to help promote white Christian nationalism and create a theocracy. Why couldn't ecofascist TERFs use anti-trans conspiracy theories to try to bring about the collapse of industrial society?
