📌Being a core differentiator

✅Replaced the pure textbook-based 'listen and repeat' system with multimodal learning.

At a #LEADschool, every classroom has a TV for students to learn by seeing, doing, and listening.
5/ ✅Replaced twice a year assessments that labeled children as 'good' or 'bad;
with frequent assessments throughout the year.
They also reteach certain topics if not understood well.

✅Integrated general awareness and strong values into curriculum development at all levels.
6/ ✅Replaced subject level marks with the learning outcome.

It collects over 2400 unique data points for every child in a year. By using the data and technology, #LEADschool is able to personalize learning for every child.
7/ 📌Creating a central curriculum team

Upon realizing that there was a big gap in teachers' qualifications and their teaching skills.

#LEADschool designed a centralized curriculum and training for teachers. Over time they saw a huge improvement in the teaching methods.

Created an app for teachers that included:
✅Attendance
✅Curriculum management system
✅Micro-training videos
✅Students' insights, resulting in an enriching PTM discussion

Also created an app for parents to help monitor their child's progress.
9/ 📌Transitioning to virtual school in 4 days

Within 4 days, the parent app was converted into a student app

Teachers conducted live classes using the app. Homework, quizzes, and assessments were submitted via its app.

Post reopening they are using a hybrid system!
