Former President Trump thinks that these people were treated “unfairly.”
But doesn’t think that these people were treated unfairly.
Hypocrite.
Trump doesn’t really have a problem with people who break the law. As long as they break the law for him.
The Central Park Five were exonerated by DNA. Trump took out a full page ad in all four major NY newspapers in 1989 calling for the death penalty against these men, who we now know for sure did not commit the crime. Their families started receiving threats.
He never apologized.
The January 6th insurrection involved multiple people who have since been charged with insurrection, people who openly chanted about wanting to hang the Vice President and people who attacked and injured 140 police officers.
Trump wants to pardon them.
And most members of the supposedly law-and-order, supposedly Constitutionalist party that Trump hijacked can’t even bring themselves to publicly disagree with him on the idea that those people deserve PRESIDENTIAL PARDONS.
Sickening.

Every human who has ever lived is a biological relative of every other human who has ever lived. We have a common set of parents (Acts 17:26).
As much as we talk about the concept we call race and about differences we may have, we’re all siblings. Regardless of everything.
Why does it sometimes seem we’re so different? Lots of reasons. Certainly, we’re all individuals and no two individuals are the same.
We have different life and familial experiences which can cause us to view the world from different vantage points.
And when you take groups of people and separate them, different cultures develop. Even within a family, if one branch of the family lives in Massachusetts and another in Mississippi, they’re going to develop differences.
The thing to remember about Fox News is that they probably don’t care as much as we think they do about advertisers. Most of their revenue seems to come from subscriber fees from cable and satellite companies.
So the logical thing for anyone who doesn’t like media companies openly rooting for America’s adversaries would be to pressure the cable and satellite companies.
But my (somewhat uneducated) guess is that one of the reasons they might be accelerating their streaming services is to innocuate themselves from that possibility.
In the end, the only thing the Murdoch family seems to care about, even a little bit, is money.

The Fox News poll is one of the most complete polls in terms of breaking out the responses by various demographic groups. In the poll released yesterday:
Men and Women had the exact same net approval of Biden (47/52).
White Men and White Women were almost the same. Biden had a net 17 point disapproval with White Men and a net 13 point disapproval with White Women.
But here’s where it gets interesting.
Comparing the categories of race, gender and education together, there is a 51 point gap between how White Women with and without degrees rated Biden. White Women with degrees rated him +18. White Women without degrees rated him -33.
The Cincinnati Bengals had a 2-14 record in 2019. Two years ago.
The San Francisco 49ers had a 4-12 record in 2018.
The Los Angeles Rams had a 4-12 record in 2016.
The Kansas City Chiefs went 2-14 in 2012.
And now they’re all playing in their Conference Championships.
The NFL is designed so that terrible teams don’t stay terrible forever and so that great teams eventually fall from the top.
Which makes it seem unusual when teams never seem to dramatically improve. Even over the course of decades.
All of these teams and a lot of other franchises have seen a lot of change over the course of the last decade. Hired visionary coaches and General Managers. Drafted or brought in franchise quarterbacks. Have numerous players who are All-Pros or in the Pro Bowl.
When you compare the Presidential elections of 2012 and 2020, there have been a lot of changes at the county level in both directions.
184 counties shifted 10 points or more to the left.
1,627 counties shifted 10 points or more to the right.
HOWEVER …
The median voting age population of those 184 counties that shifted 10 points or more to the left is 180,583.
And the median voting age population of those 1,627 counties that shifted 10 points or more to the right is 13,820.
Believe it or not, there are more people who are old enough to vote in the 184 counties that got 10 points or more bluer in the last three elections then there are in the 1,627 counties that got 10 points or more redder.
65 million adults in blue shifting counties vs 51 million.
