BREAKING: Author of RNC Resolution Censuring Kinzinger/Cheney for Investigating January 6 Conspiracy and Calling Capitol Riot “Legitimate Political Discourse” Is David Bossie—Who Insurrectionist Charles Herbster Places in Trump’s Insurrection Eve War Room cnn.com/2022/02/04/pol…
(PS) So a Trump agent who is a key witness in the January 6 federal criminal investigation and was appointed by Trump to the Defense Business Board alongside his business partner—former Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski—authored a document *suborning domestic terrorism*.
(PS2) This is a very big deal. This confirms that individuals who are witnesses in the January 6 investigation and may have legal liability were behind trying to *punish and intimidate* the very people investigating January 6—which sure sounds like a possible federal crime to me.
(PS3) As if the fact that he’s a former Trump deputy campaign manager isn’t enough, Bossie’s currently attempting a takeover of the RNC—which he’d only be able to achieve with Trump’s blessing. Which means Trump was behind today’s pro-terrorism resolution. google.com/amp/s/www.vani…
(PS4) The sad fact is that if major media had *lowered* itself to doing any of the legwork on the Trump International Hotel war room that independent journalists have done, it would know who was there and would have tried to interview them about their actions on Insurrection Eve.
(PS5) Instead, CNN a) put Bossie's name at the bottom of its article and called him just a Trump "ally" and RNC "committeeman," and b) is right now on air talking about "Can Mike Pence be president?" rather than "Will Trump be arrested for witness tampering? And if not, why not?"
(PS6) Every day I am asked here why the DOJ won't act. I'll give you one of many reasons: because *there is no pressure from media reportage* for them to do anything, and the DOJ (like our government, and even Trump) cares more about what major media says than what voters think.
(PS7) When I published the full list of Trumpist co-conspirators who had gathered at Trump International Hotel's Trump Town House on Insurrection Eve to plan for the next day, major media was reading. I did not need them to cite me; I just needed them to *interview those people*.
(PS8) Instead, major media never named them; never sent reporters to interview them; never established their whereabouts on Insurrection Eve; never wrote stories about closeness to the conspiracy; and consequently can now do nothing but drop their names at the bottom of articles.
(PS9) Why is David Bossie now in a position to take over the RNC—and write threatening pro-terrorism missives at Trump's command that quickly get publicly adopted by the Republican Party—when he should instead be in an FBI interrogation room? Because major media won't do its job.
(PS10) CNN didn't even have the decency to call Bossie Trump's ex-deputy campaign manager. It didn't note that Trump had rewarded him—during Ginni Thomas's government-wide purge—with an appointment to the Defense Business Board. No, he was just a Trump "ally." What? Like, *what*?
(PS11) Trump knows he's the subject of a federal investigation. He's using his longtime agent to try to punish and intimidate the people running the federal investigation of him. But of *course* DOJ won't charge him with Witness Tampering if media won't even *report* any of this.
(PS12) As a former on-air CNN analyst I will answer the silly question that CNN was asking on-air tonight instead of, you know...doing any journalism. No—Mike Pence *can't* be the GOP nominee. The GOP nominee will be whoever Trump wants. And how do I know this? Here's how I know:
(PS13) Because a man who has the power to get a pro–domestic terrorism statement adopted by one of the two major political parties in America just to punish and intimidate those investigating his crimes can do *whatever the hell he wants* in that party.
There's your answer, CNN.
(MORE) Here's more on David Bossie, who has at times been so close to Trump he was once considered a candidate to be then-President Trump's chief of staff. Today's Bossie-authored RNC statement—which supports terrorism—has Donald Trump written all over it. politico.com/story/2019/05/…

(ICYMI) In case you missed it, here is the recent NYT story on one of the most dangerous men in America. nytimes.com/2022/02/04/mag…
My questions, on reading the article above:
1) Who was the intermediary who helped Flynn get to the Pentagon's civilian leadership? 2) Why is Ezra Cohen-Watnick's claim he declined Flynn credited so easily, when he seems to have remained on Team Kraken's list of presumed allies?
3) Cohen-Watnick's history is as one of Trump's most loyal toadies—which is why he was rewarded with a Pentagon job in the purge Ginni Thomas orchestrated.
What in his history made the NYT credulously report that when Flynn called him he immediately said, "The election is over!"
BREAKING NEWS: GOP Ceases to Be Political Party, Declares Violence and Sedition “Legitimate Political Discourse”
In a healthy democracy, the GOP—I mean the institution and its leadership, *not* its voters—would now be considered a terrorist organization. nytimes.com/2022/02/04/us/…
PS/ The Republican Party has today informed all of its officials, representatives, agents, voters and other adherents that if they commit acts of violence and/or sedition, the party will support them with institutional resources. I don’t know of any other way to define terrorism.
PS2/ This should be the last bus stop for any Republican politicians remaining who don’t support violence/sedition. At this point any pol who continues to maintain professional ties to the GOP is doing so knowing that that entity is indistinguishable from a domestic terror group.
Congress needs Pentagon visitor logs for December 1, 2020 to January 20, 2021—as well as a tick-tock of the movements of Kash Patel, Ezra Cohen-Watnick, Michael Lindell, Sidney Powell and Michael Flynn during this span.
*Much* more was happening at the Pentagon than we realized.
(PS) There is a *reason* Sidney Powell was ensconced at a hotel near the Pentagon writing a coup plot that required aid from Kash Patel and Ezra Cohen-Watnick at the Pentagon. And there is a *reason* Michael Lindell met with Eduardo Bolsonaro in Pentagon City on Insurrection Eve.
(PS2) There’s a *reason* the Army lied about the role of Charles Flynn on January 6. There’s a *reason* a whistleblower now calls Charles Flynn an “absolute liar.” Pentagon ops on January 6 seem to have been coordinated by Kash Patel and Ezra Cohen-Watnick, not Secretary Miller.
(🔐) MAJOR BREAKING NEWS: The National Security Implications of a Newly Discovered January 4 Trump International Hotel Meeting Are Well Beyond What the Washington Post Reported
1/ I'm not going to be able to summarize this article. There's too much in it. The simple fact is that the Washington Post did a great job reporting on this secret January 4, 2021 meeting as breaking news—but didn't fully see the import of its own reporting. That is not a slight.
2/ The curatorial journalism at PROOF has resulted in a detailed timeline of the insurrection—who was with whom at what time and where. So when the Post suddenly reports on a January 4, 2021 meeting and tells us what was discussed in it and who was there, a whole timeline shifts.
(FEED NOTE) PROOF will have a major report on the breaking news from the Washington Post—about a secret January 4, 2021 meeting at Trump International Hotel—tonight. Why? Because elements of PROOF reporting will change how we see this news *substantially*. sethabramson.substack.com
(PS) There are going to be some bombshells in here.
Whoopi Goldberg was suspended for *failing* to take the Nazis’ view of Jews (that we *are* a race).
While I understand the Nazi view of Judaism means the Holocaust was—in a demented way—“about race,” the reaction to Goldberg’s comments was excessive.
PS/ I think the primary effect of the Goldberg suspension will be to convince many Christians that Jews *are* a race—in other words to convert them to the Nazis’ (and neo-Nazis’) view of us. That’s tremendously destructive. It would’ve been much better had she not been suspended.
PS2/ Today Trumpists across America are telling on themselves by suggesting that—instead of the apology she gave, and the public conversation with the ADL she had—Goldberg should’ve been fired because Roseanne Barr was. It’s a low-key way of saying *you too* consider Jews a race.
