When male led, Stonewall-member EHRC said people should be able to change their birth certificate on demand there was no "show your working".

Now female led, Stonewall-free EHRC say it's a bit more complicated because women's have rights too, an investigation is demanded ...
This from the man who runs a human rights education charity that when asked why it has taken a pro- prostitution stance said his organisation hadn't taken a position 🙄

And whose organisation refused to report the Labour party manifesto position in support of single-sex spaces and services
And who when asked to show their working thought the best thing to do was just ignore the women asking them to consider women's rights.

It's not what their handbook says
The Handbook says that in training student officers sign a contract including standards of behaviour and dress
Being appropriately equiped for duty is an officer's responsibility

Yes this is right - there have been some significant changes in the most recent update of the Equal Treatment Benchbook.
In the new bits there is a shift from seeing "gender identity" as inherent to seeing it as a preference and a courtesy
And a dialing back on the sweeping legal statements about the effects of a GRC (this was clarified in the Forstater judgment 😊 )

Did you not even read what the GRA requires? There is no panel judging if you are "feminine or masculine enough" - this is complete fantasy. Pure propaganda

UCU's bar chart is a crime-against-data-visualisation, which buries what its own survey data shows:

80% of respondents to their survey who said they had direct experience of sexual violence at work were women.

What sex were the perpetrators?

UCU didn't bother asking.
Bar charts like these with percentages and fixed overall lengths are usually read as 100% bar charts - each coloured slab is a proportion of the whole.

But in UCU's the percentages don't add up, because each one is a percentage of something else.

Its misdirection
It is a self selected survey (likely to attract people concerned about sexual violence and more likely to have been victims).

66% of respondents were women, 32% men, 2% trans/NB

And out of those who said they had experienced sexual violence 80% women, 16% men, 4% trans/NB
