3. Asses w/ those questions those well ranking pages, shown in top positions instead of yours. Don't do this only yourself, ask others, colleagues and non-colleagues, your actual users (!) to answer them. They might see stuff differently than you do.
4. Compare and identify the gap between your pages and top ranking ones! Remember that:
A) Many times the devil is in the detail, eg. a few more ads that make the experience annoying.
B) Other times is not that you did something "wrong", your pages content type/format might...
