سپریم کورٹ کے چھ معزز جج صاحبان نے اپنی دانست میں قاضی فائز عیسی کے مقدمے کا فیصلہ تکنیکی بنیادوں پر آئین اور قانون کے مطابق دیا ہوگا۔ لیکن اب بینچ کے بقیہ چار ججز نے کچھ ایسے سوالات اُٹھا دیے ہیں کہ قاضی فائز عیسی کی عدالتی فتح اخلاقی تو دور کی بات شاید تکنیکی بنیادوں پر بھی..

..آئین و قانون کے مطابق نہیں رہی۔

اگرچہ چار ججز کا یہ اقلیتی فیصلہ ہے مگر حضور یہ تکنیکی فتح ہے۔ اس عدالتی فتح نے یہ ثابت نہیں کیا کہ جناب کا دامن صاف ہے یا نہیں۔ عین ممکن ہے کہ آپکا دامن صاف ہو۔ اور یہ بھی ہو سکتا ہے کہ آپکا دامن شاید صاف نہ ہو۔

A failed Islamist military coup in Pakistan -- Thread:

In 1992 Commander FCNA - Maj Gen Zaheer Abbasi undertook an unauthorized and costly foray into Indian-held territory in which Pak Army lost ~ 40 men including 11 officers (incl a Brigadier).

Gen Abbasi was removed from his command & given a non-operational desk role at GHQ. He'd ve been fired had it not been for the reported intervention of Gen Javed then DG-ISI (Gen Javed was appointed by NS on the recommendation of Brig (R) Imtiaz (involved in midnight Jackal)).

By 1995, Gen Zaheer along with Brigadier Mustansar Billa, Col Minhas and Harkatul Jihad-i-Islami (HuJI) commander Qari Saifullah planned to kill top Pak military leadership including then COAS Gen Kakar and civilian leadership PM Benazir Bhutto and President Leghari.

Kargil-type Op, Musharaf, and Benazir Bhutto -- Thread:

During BB's 2nd tenure, BB was invited to a war game at Joint Staff Headquarters. A Kargil-type of operation was war-gamed between two competing army commanders..

..these commanders were the then DGMO, Major General Pervez Musharraf, who was commander of Blueland (the home side), and Air Marshal Ayub Mir, the Foxland (enemy) commander, the war game was chaired by ACM Farooq who was also a Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee.

Musharaf gave a presentation to BB about how the war would break out and we would lose some territory to India but we would win 'Kashmir'. However, BB didnt agree that we would end up winning Kashmir and put Musharaf a series of questions.

Since this picture is always shared as proof of army involvement behind TLP 2017 Dharna, I think it's important to clarify it in a thread.

This is happening when it comes to the 2017-TLP dharna and the accusation of the TLP-Army collusion, unfortunately making it an uncontested fact.

TLP didn't prop up in 2017..

..it became a full-fledged KeN movement on the eve of Qadri's funeral in 2016 as Rizvi an impressive provocateur took the mantle due to Barelvis leadership vacuum left after TuQ's exit.

There were strong KeN undercurrents in Barelvis due to Asia Bibi and Mumtaz Qadri case..

جب خادم رضوی اور ٹولا ضعیف،من گھڑت روایتیں سنا کر لوگوں کو ورغلا رہے تھے،اس وقت کسی بھی مسلک کے مفتیان دین نے رتی برابر کوشش نہیں کی کہ عوام کوحقیقت بتائی جائےاور شدت پسندی سےروکا جائے۔

مولویوں کی ان حرکتوں کی وجہ سے آدھی نوجوان نسل "مذہبی جنونی" بن رہی اور باقی "مذہب بیزار"۔

سب مسلکوں کے اکابرین نے چپ ساد لی تھی اور ابھی بھی خاموش ہیں۔ کسی ایک نے یہ جسارت نہیں کی کہ ایک ایسا شخص کیسے عاشق ہو سکتا ہے جس کو اپنے عشق ثابت کرنے کے لیے دوسروں کو گالیاں بکنی پڑیں اور معصوم لوگوں کا قتل کرنا پڑے؟

خادم رضوی نے ایدھی جیسے بےضرر شخص کو بھی نہیں چھوڑا تھا۔

دوسرے مسالک کے اندھے مقلدین اب آپ کو یہ عذر پیش کرتے نظر آئیں گے کے ہمارے اعلیٰ حضرت نے اس لیے لبیک والوں کی درندگی اور شدت پسندی کی مذمت نہیں کی کیونکہ
فرقہ واریت بڑھ سکتی تھی۔

ان کے سپوٹرز کے لیے عرض ہے کہ ہر چیز بلیک اینڈ وائٹ میں نہیں ہوتی۔ یہ ضروری نہیں..

Pak not once elected Mullahs to power. Whereas India despite being a secular state, ruled by the(so-called)secular party for over 50-years is a Hindu Rashtra.
India's forefathers used secularism as a tool to subjugate others, Jinnah called their bluff & proven right time & again.

Congress&BJP both adhere to "Secularism" but both use it as a tool to keep Muslim,non-muslim and scheduled casts subjugated.

BJP membership form requires the taking of a pledge that contains the line: "I subscribe to the concept of secular state & nation not based on religion."

It's just that BJP is more vocal about 'Hindu Rashtra' than congress. During Congress tenured, there were scores of state-sponsored pogroms not only against Muslims but also against Sikhs killing thousands.
