You can use Browser-Based IDE to Practice Solidity. You don't have to install anything. remix.ethereum.org
Once you're comfortable with solidity then set up your local environment and learn Hardhat Framework to deploy and interact with your smart contracts in javascript. hardhat.org
Chainlink is a very important piece of the puzzle. Chainlink helps to bring the external world data on Blockchain because Blockchain itself cannot access this data. chain.link
