A copy of the Give Send Go court documents don’t shed any further light on the evidence behind the freeze. It references an ongoing investigation and possible foreign donations.

It does note an Ottawa Police Officer gave a statement to obtain this order.
Statement from the AG’s office:

“Given that this is an ongoing criminal matter, it would be in appropriate to comment any further.”
On top of the Give Send Go campaign, it also halts the ‘Adopt-a-Trucker campaign,’ created by Chris Garrah, he is named directly.

A numbered corporation is also included, a not for profit charity recently registered as ‘Freedom 2022 Human Rights and Freedoms’
Registered Jan. 31, 2022.

Here’s its list of directors, some names you may recognize.
It’s registered at Chris Garrah’s residential address in Mallorytown.
Note Garrah is the only one with an Ontario address, all others are Alberta and Saskatchewan.

Watching streams tonight from Convoy participants themselves, it’s very clear they believe the silent majority of Ottawa and Canada is behind them.

Many don’t believe police have the authority to arrest them. Supply seizures have been called ‘war crimes.’
Speaking with protestors since the beginning of this, Evan’s experience is a very strong indication of any random sample you take in this crowd.
This is part of the mass complication of dealing with this convoy, one of the many. But how do you reason with people so delusional and irrational to the point enforcing the law?

Ottawa Police giving an update now:

Deputy Chief Steve Bell says 22 arrests, more than 1,300 tickets issued.

Says they continue to cut off logistics and fuel supply. Towing is underway.

He says officers were swarmed during one incident yesterday.
Officers are being briefed on enforcement of the court injunction and their role.
Bell says almost a quarter of the 1,800 trucks here have children living in them. He notes this as a risk during criminal investigations.
