NEW AD: Ron Johnson—who grabbed a massive tax break for himself and his biggest donors—is now refusing to lift a finger to get good-paying union jobs in Wisconsin. Help spread this so more voters see it:
Johnson is refusing to “insert himself” in the fight to ensure that Oshkosh, his hometown, gets 1,000 well-paid union jobs building USPS postal trucks. “It’s not like we don’t have enough jobs in Wisconsin,” he says. How out of touch can Johnson be?!

Now, @WisDems is running this ad digitally to folks in Oshkosh to spread the word that Ron Johnson opposes good jobs in their community. We would call it *his* community, but he seems more interested in jobs going to South Carolina.

The GOP’s plot to suppress and subvert its way to power in 2022 and 2024 depends on gaining enough control of enough states to overturn a presidential election. If we hold the line in Governorships like WI, MI, and PA, the GOP plot fails. And the closest of these is Wisconsin.
In America’s must-win tipping point state, the furthest extremes of the right are becoming more emboldened. A first-year far-right state Rep was filmed calling for Republicans to “cheat.” Another GOPer introduced a bill calling for election nullification.

@WisDems @dscc Johnson promised in 2010 AND 2016 that he’d only serve two terms. But for Johnson, promises are like cobwebs: annoying trash to be wiped away. Why the change of heart? Maybe because his net worth has more than doubled while in office. 🧐

When Ron Johnson announced, he blew hundreds of thousands of dollars on TV ads trying to explain away his breaking of his two-term promise. Meanwhile, the @dscc put ads on TV explaining who he really serves: himself.

To protect voting rights now, organize in the states.

Ron Johnson is, infamously, @TheWorstSenator. (If you question that distinction, click through to that account.) He burst into a new level of national prominence & loathing after 1/6, when he fed the insurrection—then denied it was an insurrection at all.
And we can’t forget how Johnson scammed every American by giving massive tax breaks to his biggest donors and himself—while, by the way, paying virtually nothing in state income taxes in 2017, and opposing tax breaks for the middle class.
