.@KION546 has a good interview with the Monterey County District Attorney, @JeanninePacioni, who says that the State Parole Board released one of the murderers early and that there are Constitutional issues with the manner in which Parole is effecting compliance with a passed
2/

proposition.

From the sound of it, it sounds to me like Monterey County's District Attorney is frustrated with the catch and release policies we have passed by initiative or by social justice warriors like CA AG @RobBonta.

I know this message will resonate with a public
3/

who just lost two rising stars in the community to more violence, gang related crime, and an issue that touches on immigration.

These are not made up frustrations by a community in mourning.

These are frustrations from witnessing a revolving criminal door and policies
4/

which neuter @DHSgov in areas where DHS should absolutely be working in cooperation with local officials.

They are also frustrations about the politics played with crime, here.

How many times did these two re-enter with the int. to continue supporting a criminal enterprise?

@CyFlys Caballero never cares about libraries. The public was complaining to her in front of the John Steinbeck Library when that happened and she snapped back "then you put your money in to save the libraries".

The story got some national attention a woman from Maryland gave an anon
@CyFlys 2/

$50,000 to start a save the library effort and the local media portrayed @CASenCaballero as a hero. She wasn't. She just happened to be in office as #Salinas was once again - broke - from mismanagement.

But that wasn't the angle guys like @JoeLivernois from @MontereyHerald
@CyFlys @CASenCaballero @JoeLivernois @MontereyHerald 3/

wrote it up. They wrote it up like Caballero was some sort of heroine who saved #Salinas libraries and she started using that in campaign adverts.

Who is Eddie DeCarli an Anna Caballero donor?

Wonder if our DA @JeanninePacioni knows? (doubtful).

DeCarli was a Caballero

No @Calkins_Royal, this isn't the reason fmr. Congressman Sam Farr and @RepJimmyPanetta have been seen taking photos with Joe Moses in his run for Sheriff. These were the sort of untested assumptions that snoozed voters to death pre-MoCo journalism hell scape. They're dirty. Image
2/

And @RepJimmyPanetta plus Sam Farr coming out for Moses has a lot more to do with their relationship with Plasha Will, who @VoicesofBay @Calkins_Royal neglected to mention despite mentioning another dirtbag, Brandon Gesicki.

You see folks, it pains the local establishment
3/

that so many @dccc in Monterey County have been absolutely corrupted by Cannabis cash.

Moses is receiving money because he is a continuation of Steve Bernal's "look the other way" in the billion dollar a year crop / corruption motivator. 420.

... and where did Craig get $$? Image

@DaytonPubPolicy this is like Monterey County giving $3 million to Watsonville Community Hospital - bankrupt because hospitals which get a sizable chunk of their revenue from the uninsured and underinsured have a history of failing, why? State and Federal reimbursement. It costs hospitals similar
@DaytonPubPolicy 2/

to complaints individual rate payers have with the current system.

The cure, however, isn't for a county under federal investigation for corruption, to commit to $3 million, $1 million coming from Cannabis - and we all know this contractual relationship will continue.

Look at the County of Monterey and the transaction with Barnett Davis III and the Quadrangle building in South Salinas.

The County rents that structure after helping a Malibu turned Aspen resident, Mr. Davis, buy the Quadrangle with bonds (underwriting/financing) by #Salinas

... Monterey County is under @FBI scrutiny / investigation since prior to 2017'when FBI Agents interviewed many members of the local political structure regarding public corruption - specifically as it relates to Cannabis and the push to get certain people license.

Congressman @RepJimmyPanetta is running around the county with at least two convicted felons - #Salinas cocaine trafficker Mike Hackett (hidden CEO of Riverview Farms since his felony cocaine conviction in 2018) and Mustafa "Mike" Bitar who pushed "Grupo Flor" into LA.
3/

The @MCoSheriff department is also under @FBISanFrancisco scrutiny for its role in the public corruption and the deputy - turned Sheriff in 2015, @SheriffBernal has been breaking the law with impunity.

I know, Bernal beat the fmr. @SalinasPD Captain/ @PacificGrovePD Chief 👉

.⁦@Calkins_Royal⁩, you know, I know "measured" and "professional" is how MoCo keeps losing.

My style in getting Scott Miller /

And while Joe Moses and scumbag @Deputyarch were doing the usual, playing giggle at the @attproam, @SalinasPD was working a DOUBLE HOMICIDE in @SupervisoeAlejp's District. Image
#BREAKING:

A DOUBLE HOMICIDE IN #SALINAS. REPOTEDLY GANG RELATED.

Man & Woman shot down in the streets in Salinas Saturday night following a shooting just a day earlier that landed two scumbags in jail - for now. (See first post) Image

Its important to note here that #Salinaa based cocaine trafficker and @RepJimmyPanetta donor, Mike Hackett runs around with street gangsters (and Sheriff's candidate Joe Moses), a county funded non-profit infected with Nuestra Familia gang members continues to be funded
