For nearly a century, Wall Street has made the DOJ its principal target of acquisition. The donors often get to name the Attorney General. You cannot buy the US Gov, but the DOJ is for rent.

Corruption in Justice has been going on for a long time. At the Treaty of Versailles negotiations, the AG was described by the press as the “bag man” for the law firm of Sullivan and Cromwell. [of Allen and John Foster Dulles fame.]

During WW2, this same law firm represented US corps whose assets had been seized under the Trading w/the Enemy Act bc they operated as Nazi fronts, while at the same time other members of the firm volunteered as the DOJ’s prosecutors, titled the Alien Property Custodians.

It is a matter of historical record that the American Bar Association’s code of ethics for conflict of interest arose in response to the conduct of Sullivan and Cromwell attorneys.

One AG, Elliot Richardson (pictured), resigned rather than cave in to Nixon’s corrupt and unlawful orders. What the defenders of DOJ tend to gloss over is that once the AG had resigned, the rest of the bureaucrats at Justice were all too willing to carry out Nixon’s commands.

The bottom line is that corporate control of Justice protects the corporations’ bottom line.

The Spec Asst AG for the US closed all of the treason cases in Germany. Not a single corporate officer ever went to jail for doing business with the Nazis. The DOJ covered it all up. More than 100 American traitors were returned home after many profitable years of serving Hitler.

Allen Dulles used his position in OSS to protect himself and his clients from investigation for laundering Nazi funds back to the US. FDR had Dulles, his own Vice President and AG all under surveillance for protecting those businessmen with ties to the 3rd Reich.

When British wiretapping suggested that his VP (Henry Wallace) had leaked classified info to a pro-Nazi Swedish businessman, FDR quickly replaced his VP with Harry Truman.

Unfortunately, President Roosevelt did not brief Truman on the investigation into Dulles and the AG, both of whom were retained by Truman after Roosevelt’s death.

What President Truman did not know was that FDR permitted British assassination teams to murder pro-Nazi American businessmen in New York.

The British intelligence records concerning American-Nazi corporate cooperation, to which I had access, should be released to the Public Records Office in London, beginning in 2020.

The financial rot inside the Justice Department that began before WW2 has never been cleansed. It has given corporate America a continuing source of blackmail against the career bureaucrats at DOJ who participated in the original Nazi cover-up.

DOJ continues to be involved in the modern sequels, the Arab Nazi recruitment of the 9/11 terrorist groups, an inadvertent result of American oil company manipulation of DOJ and State. The Old Nazis are the New Nazis, their old evil still bottled in the same old barrels of oil.

Several members of the British Royal Family had Nazi dossiers that were quietly returned by American intelligence to the British Secret Service. Edward, Duke of Windsor, claimed that he left the throne “to marry the woman I love.”

The truth is that SIS [MI6] wire tappers had made phonograph recordings of Windsor making pre-war deals with Hitler’s Ambassador to the Court of Saint James. During his 1937 visit with Hitler, the dictator promised to return him to the throne of England as its first fascist King.

His part of the bargain, it is said, was to betray the entire plan of the Maginot line to the 3rd Reich. British intelligence interceded as Edward and Wallace were preparing to flee neutral Spain for Germany. They were seized and interned in the Bahamas for the rest of the war.

British historian Anthony Cave Brown begged Loftus not to reveal that their King was a Nazi traitor. Loftus replied that the people of Britain had not fought WW2 to make England a safe haven for retired Nazi collaborators or Hitler’s financial backers.

State’s intelligence service masterminded the Nazi cover-up. George Kennan’s friend, Gustav Hilger had been the liaison between the German Foreign Office and the SS Mobile Killing units. It was Kennan who personally recruited Hilger and tried to bring him to the America.

Kennan (pictured) screamed at Loftus over the phone that he was defaming his reputation, but quietly dropped threats of lawsuit when told that Loftus had read his [classified] files.

Roosevelt never told Harry Truman about his real motive for the Nazi Bankers’ Trials at Nuremberg. The German bankers were supposed to point their fingers at their American investment partners, which is would incriminate the principal financial contributors to the GOP.

Had he lived, Roosevelt might have succeeded in bringing treason charges against the leading lights of Wall Street. It was high time that some of them did jail time.

At the end of the 1800s, some of America’s wealthiest families had pooled their money to form aggressively brutal monopolies, cartels and other price fixing schemes. Their perfidious and predatory practices earned them the nickname “the Robber Barons of Wall Street.”

There were some Democrats like the Harriman family (and later the Kennedys), but most of the Robber Barons were unabashedly Republicans. The Rockefeller, Dupont, Bush and Walker families were just a few.

Teddy Roosevelt, arguably the most honest of the Republican Presidents, was the only one in the GOP who tried to bring the Robber Barons to their knees. He persuaded Congress to pass extremely strict anti-trust, anti-cartel, and anti-monopoly legislation.

In 1918, the Robber Barons fought back, and somehow convinced Congress to pass the Webb-Pomerene Act. This little-known loophole law permitted the creation of American trusts, monopolies &c as long as it was done overseas.

Because of this loophole law, investment capital left America in a great flood, one of the contributing causes of the crash of 1929 and the Great Depression.

In the 20s the Robber Barons targeted Germany, Russia and what’s now Saudi Arabia for takeover. They’d bribe their way in then hire local mercenaries to watch over their interests.

In Saudi Arabia, the mercenaries/terrorists for hire were known as the Ikhwan al Muslimeen, the Muslim Brotherhood. The Robber Barons armed this group of fanatical Wahhabisrs, who drove the peaceful Hashemite rulers out of Mecca and Medina and installed the House of Saud.

Once in power the Saudis kicked the MB out. They settled primarily in Egypt, where they joined the Egyptian MB created by Hassan Al Banna in 1928. He was a devout admirer of and correspondent with young Adolf Hitler. “In heaven Allah, on earth Hitler” was their battle cry.

The Arab Nazis remain the only segment of the Third Reich that was never punished or even dismantled. After the war, the British Secret Service hired Ikhwan terrorists and used them as a fifth column in an attempt to destroy the infant state of Israel in 1948.

The Dulles bros sold the Muslim Brotherhood groups to the ever gullible Eisenhower as a counterweight to the Arab communists. It was a tragic error. History records the MB as the parent org of every subsequent Sunni terrorist group from Hamas to the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.

Hitler banned foreign ownership of German companies. The Robber Barons used their influence to pass the Swiss Bank Secrecy Act of 1933. They secretly owned the stocks of the Swiss banks, which owned the stocks of the German banks, which owned the stocks of the German companies.

After Truman’s surprising victory in 1948, we had two CIAs. The official CIA worked for President Truman and the Democrats. The other CIA, the OPC, worked for Allen Dulles and the Republicans under cover of the State & Justice Depts. The CIA hunted Nazis, the OPC recruited them.

The British used NSA computers at Fort Meade for warrantless wiretapping of US citizens while we used computers at GCHQ in Cheltenham to tap British phones. Then we swapped intel. Both sides could swear that they never bugged their own citizens w/out a warrant. This is from 1982.

As you read this, keep in mind that Stankievich is the man who invented the so-called ‘sardine method’ of execution, where people were stacked one on top of the other and then shot, in order to save ammunition.

#Treason

The British Secret Service, under the leadership of double agent Kim Philby, played a critical role in recruiting fugitives from E. European & Arab Nazi mvmts. Philby dumped these groups on the Dulles brothers who, with their allies in State & Justice, hid them from prosecution.

It is entirely probable that Philby’s protégé, Mykola Lebed, was the longest surviving Soviet agent inside the CIA.

Lebed was Bandera’s chief of the national security service, the SB (of OUN). When Army intelligence picked up Lebed, he turned over thousands of pages of dossiers on his Nazi recruits. Lebed’s name was censored from the original manuscript of the book.

The story that the OUN and UPA ‘fought bitterly against the Germans and the Soviet Russians’ was a complete fabrication, pushed by Frank Wisner of OPC.

Why did the extremely racist SS work with Byelorussians & other Slavic groups? They were pragmatic. The émigrés willingly joined the Nazi conspiracy because Germany appeared invincible.

Some were willing to accept the slaughter of their countrymen if it meant destruction of Soviet communism. Others hoped that a benign Germany would permit some form of Byelorussian self-government. And always, there was the mutually shared support for extreme anti-Semitism.

National Security Directive NSC 5412 authorized and directed Wisner’s CIA/OPC “special forces” to engage in covert operations. The disastrous consequences of this document cannot be stated too strongly. It is worth a read.

When Bill Casey asked Oliver North to set up an “all purpose” private spy organization to trade arms to Iran for money to help the Contras, North was directed to the NSC authorization of OPC without Congressional approval. Wisner & Dulles’ legacy haunts us still.

As the State Dept explained to Australian intelligence, Eastern European Nazis were the GOP’s antidote to the Jewish vote for Democrats in 5 key states during the Nixon era. The Muslim Nazi mvmt (MB) was used to offset the Jewish vote to swing Florida for Bush.

For nearly a century, the US Justice & State Departments have been running foreign policy directly at odds w/orders of the President & the American people. The ongoing bureaucratic mutiny is not ideological-they funded the Nazis & Bolsheviks alike. It was all about the money.

In spite of all that has happened, Loftus remains convinced that an efficient intelligence service is essential to the defense of democracy. Somehow, Congress must strike a better balance between secrecy and supervision. [Rep. Otis G. Pike pictured]

[A few concluding thoughts to close. This book is highly recommended, a truly important book for understanding how our government operates and what really happened after WW2. The horrific accounts of brutality by Nazis and their collaborators, is haunting.

Loftus goes somewhat easy on Dulles &c in the book but I suspect that was more to placate CIA reviewers. In interviews I have heard he is much harsher regarding Dulles. The Dulles brothers were, after all, traitors to this country.
