Arizona SB1138 has gotten a hearing for 3/9 at 8 am MST. This is a bill that bans any GRC procedures to those under 18. Exceptions are made for "correcting" intersex conditions or to treat infection/a physical condition.
Arizona HB2161 has gotten a hearing for 3/9 at 2pm MST. This bill would require that all school records be made available to parents and mandate that schools gain written permission from parents before teaching students about sex, sexuality or gender.
Tennessee HB2835 is on the House Health Subcommittee calendar for 3/8. This bill would ban trans-affirming medical care for minors and force schools to out trans students to their parents. This bill would kill.
Tennessee HB2633 is on the House K-12 Subcommittee calendar for 3/8. This bill would explicitly allow school professionals to deadname and misgender their trans students and protect them from legal or workplace consequences for doing so. This bill exists only to promote cruelty.
Tennessee SB2696 was placed on the Senate Health and Welfare Committee Calendar for 3/9. This bill would ban all trans-affirming medical care for those under the age of 18, and would also prevent state funds from going to insurance companies that cover transition-related care...
...It also mandates that any designated reporter must inform guardians, in writing, if their child has a gender identity that does not match their assigned sex at birth.
Alabama SB184 passed the House Judiciary Committee. This bill bans all trans-affirming medical care for minors, including puberty blockers. It also mandates that school officials out trans children to their parents. It would be deadly if passed.

Oklahoma SB1100 is on the Senate floor and has gained another Senate sponsor. This bill prevents birth certificates from having any sex /gender designation other than male or female. A nonbinary or "X" designation is not banned.
