Missouri SB781 had a hearing conducted where testimony was heard. This is an anti-trans sports bill that would require school athletics to limit participation based on sex designation on unchanged Birth Certificate

Florida H1557 has crossed over and is in the Appropriations Committee in the Senate. This is the famous "Don't Say Gay" bill that prohibits classroom discussions about sexual orientation or gender identity in primary schools.

Utah HB127 is Dead!!🎉It was returned to committee and failed to advance! This bill would have banned all trans-affirming medical care for those under the age of 18, and would have classified such treatments as "medically unnecessary".

New Hampshire HF1180 has an Executive Session scheduled for 3/8 next week. This bill would mandate that amended birth certificates do not apply to athletics, prisons or "places of intimate privacy". It acts as a sports and bathroom bill in one.

Arizona SB1138 has been assigned to the House Judiciary committee. This is a bill that bans any GRC procedures to those under 18. Exceptions are made for "correcting" intersex conditions or to treat infection/a physical condition.

Arizona HB2161 has been assigned to the Senate Education Committee. This bill would require that all school records be made available to parents and mandate that schools gain written permission from parents before teaching students about sex, sexuality or gender.

Arizona SB1165 has passed committee and is on the floor. This is an anti-trans sports bill that would divide athletic participation in schools by “biological sex”. It does not define what this means nor how it would be determined, leaving open room for abuse.

Mississippi HB1099 has passed the Senate Judiciary Committee. This bill would prevent any currently incarcerated person from filing a legal name change unless they are sponsored by a district attorney, sheriff, chaplain or the Commissioner of the Mississippi Dept of Corrections.

Wyoming SF0051 has passed the Senate and will enter the House. This is an anti-trans sports bill that would divide athletic participation by "biological sex" as determined by unchanged birth certificate.

Tennessee HB2835 had itself deferred for an unspecified amount of time. This bill would ban trans-affirming medical care for minors and force schools to out trans students to their parents. This bill would kill.

Tennessee HB2633 was deferred for action as well, until 3/8. This bill would explicitly allow school professionals to deadname and misgender their trans students and protect them from legal or workplace consequences for doing so. This bill exists only to promote cruelty.

Oklahoma SB1100 passed committee and gained a House sponsor. This bill prevents birth certificates from having any sex /gender designation other than male or female. A nonbinary or "X" designation is not banned.

Georgia SB435 has gone to the House Health Committee. This is an anti-trans sports bill that would divide athletic participation by “biological sex”. This is defined by a person’s “reproductive biology...at birth”, and can be determined by their unchanged birth certificate.

Indiana HB1041 has passed the Senate and will get a final house vote before being signed. This is a standard anti-trans sports bill that would ban "biological males" from competing in girls sports. How this is to be determined is unclear, leaving opportunities for abuse...

...We urge you all to contact your representatives to stop this bill if possible, as now is the critical time to if not prevent prevent this bill from passing, then at least not let it go unremarked.

Finally, Kansas SB484 has a Senate hearing on 3/7 at 1:30 pm CST. This is an anti-trans sports bill that would ban "biological males" from girls sports. "Biological sex" is not defined in any way and there is no explanation for how it should be determined.
