AG: Regarding the plea by Fathima which was filed yersterday

Adv Vishal Tiwari: people who are at the borders are reaching the neighbouring countries

CJI: We have seen that you keep filing such petitions and you have filed 5 earlier plea which were dismissed with cost. if you want to do service then this is not the way of filing petitions

Tiwari: from my hometown i was reading such things and I wanted to do something

CJI: Yes you are just taking advantage of such a situation

CJI To AG: We have not learnt from past mistakes and still resort to war. We dont have much say

AG: The petitioner was contacted by @JM_Scindia and she is now in Romania and she will be brought back to India today. She and the persons accompanying her will all be in India by tonight.

CJI: We thank you AG for your personal interest in the matter

CJI: Tiwari wants a mandamus to be issued by this court for escalation of the students

CJI: Mr Tiwari better not to talk. Mr AG do you have an idea how many Indians were there in the conflict area

AG: This morning news said 7,000. PM Modi had a cabinet meeting to have further evacuation and so its done swiftly

AG: Please leave it to the govt. Another plea has been filed in Rajsthan HC. Large number of such petitions will now be filed. 17,000 have already been evacuated.

CJI: Mr AG please inform counsels in other states that once we are hearing this, the High Courts need not hear this. Also can you keep an online helpline for parents etc. some states are doing but can this be at central level?

AG: Centre is as concerned as your lordship

CJI: We are not saying a single word about centre. we appreciate that. but we are concerned about these students
