I would say God has been very kind to me to give me the right mentors and really good friends like Ameet, Shamnad and Madhukar.

#DelhiHighCourt is expected to hear shortly a petition by historian @vikramsampath alleging that despite Court's order, historian @AudreyTruschke has been posting defamatory content against him.

The case was mentioned by Sampath's counsel today and the Court decided to give a hearing.
Justice Amit Bansal to start the hearing soon.

Sampath's counsel has informed the Court today that Truschke has violated the Court's orders.

#SupremeCourt is hearing plea related to admissions to post graduate seats through #NEET through division of cut off criteria

Adv Prashant Bhushan: policy is to allow most meritorious
Justice DY Chandrachud: Let the petitioners approach the authorities and let them take a sympathetic view

Bhushan: they are likely to remove cut off for non clinical seats and keep it for clinical seats

SC: We can ask them to consider your representation
Bhushan: If cut off is not reduced then seats will remain vacant. there is judicial precedent for this

SC: List after 10 days and let us see what the authorities decide

Bhushan: please let them take a call on our and federations representation
