One of the most important comprehensive review papers you’ll come across in your lifetime.

TL;DR: Get more sunlight on bare skin whenever and wherever possible. Daily. ImageImageImageImage
As @sjacobm321 has said, the eyes and skin are likely the most powerful neuroendocrine, neuropsychiatric, metabolic metronome we have to direct systemic health. ImageImageImage
It goes far beyond simply vitamin D synthesis.
Mainstream won’t tell you this though.

If you actually review the unbiased literature on seed oils (not your little food guru blog articles, actual studies), this is exactly what those papers suggest is harmful, rather than seed oils inherently.

Food for thought.
The Japanese eat a good amount of seed oils to compose their fat macro dietary intake, along with saturated fats in meats, O3 fats in seafood, and carbohydrates from rice, etc.

Pretty excellent longevity all things considered.
Most also eat much less fast food than the West.

This was only over a period of 4 days. Imagine a lifetime under artificial blue light.
When living a life in line with an ancestral way of living, the belief that all whole food carbohydrates being inherently harmful is erroneous.

Even refined simple carbohydrates has less of a detrimental impact.

Sometimes you need to put yourself first, over your job, your friends, your family, etc.

Otherwise there might not be a you to give to others.
You’re not going to want to hear it, I was there too. But it was essential to resolving my own health conditions and now I will be here to care for and give to those who love and care for me.
