Last week the Wisconsin Office of the Special Counsel (OSC) presented its findings on an election integrity probe to the Wisconsin State Assembly (WSA).

The 136-page report "uncovered evidence of election fraud in the November 2020 election."

I’ll outline the egregious results.
Former state Supreme Court justice and OSC lead investigator Michael Gableman testified before the WSA, detailing the findings and concluding, "I believe the legislature ought to take a very hard look at the option of decertification of the 2020 Wisconsin presidential election."
Of note: OSC initially outlined "roadblocks to a full investigation" in November.

In other words, they expected evidence to be hidden & destroyed, and people not to cooperate.

"OSC and the Assembly continue to be blocked from investigating portions of the Wisconsin government."
The OSC's report enumerated considerable election irregularities.

A key finding: nearly $9 million in Zuckerberg grant funds were directed solely to five Democratic strongholds in Wisconsin.

This violated the state's election code's prohibition on bribery.

Zuckerberg and wife Priscilla Chan financed the Center for Tech and Civic Life to offer nearly $9 million in "Zuck Bucks" to Milwaukee, Madison, Racine, Kenosha and Green Bay counties.

The OSC's report dubbed the counties the "Zuckerberg 5."

#Facebook #Meta #Wisconsin
These counties operated get-out-the-vote efforts by using the funds for illegal drop boxes placed in Democratic voting strongholds.

The Zuckerberg 5 also violated fed & state constitutional guarantee of equal protection by targeting specific voters for special voting privileges.
Another key finding: a lawyer from Brooklyn named Michael Spitzer Rubenstein was running the Green Bay election from a Hyatt hotel room in WI.

Per OSC's report, "On election day, Spitzer Rubenstein had access to ballots and determined which ones would be counted or not counted."
"One of the functions of Mr. Spitzer Rubenstein's service as "on-site contact" was...to set up wireless networks for Election Day operations. At [his] instruction, there were three WiFi networks available."

Who remembers being told the voting machines weren't connected to WiFi?
Wisconsin uses numerous machine and system vendors, including Dominion Voting and ESS. OSC consulted with multiple computer security experts regarding voting machines.

Despite Dominion's claims, at least some WI Dominion machines "had access to the internet on election night."
The ESS machines were "equally problematic," according to the OSC report.

One Wisconsin municipality under investigation "admitted that these machines had these modems and were connected to the internet on election night."

But back to the key findings.
Remember hearing about rampant election fraud in Wisconsin nursing homes from the Racine County Sheriff's office last fall?

The OSC's report was able to confirm it.

"Rampant fraud and abuse occurred statewide at Wisconsin’s nursing homes and other residential care facilities."
Nursing home staff & admins illegally did the following: handled absentee ballots, assisted with "marking" residents' ballots, "witnessed" the voting & possibly included forgery of the elderly residents' signatures. Under WI law these violations of election code constitute fraud.
The OSC's report showed the fraud was not merely "technical" fraud, but resulted in ballots cast & votes counted contrary to the intent of the nursing home residents.

It condemned the WEC for justifying its illegal conduct as "a 'solution' to 'disenfranchisement'" during COVID.
This is the tip of the iceberg.

The OSC report catalogs the "numerous questionable and unlawful actions of various actors in the 2020 election," including, but not limited to:

1. Election officials' use of absentee ballot drop boxes in violation of WI statutes
2. Center for Tech and Civic Life's $8.8M Zuckerberg Plan Grants being run in the Cities of Milwaukee, Madison, Racine, Kenosha and Green Bay constituting Election Bribery

3. WEC's failing to maintain a sufficiently accurate voter database
4. Cities of Milwaukee, Madison, Racine, Kenosha and Green Bay engaging private companies in election administration in unprecedented ways, including tolerating unauthorized users and unauthorized uses of WisVote private voter data under Wisconsin Elections Commission policies
5. As the Racine County Sheriff's Office has concluded, WEC unlawfully directed municipal clerks not to send legally required special voting deputies to nursing homes, resulting in many nursing homes' registered residents voting at 100% rates and many
ineligible residents voting
6. Unlawful voting by wards-under-guardianship left unchecked by WI election officials, where WEC failed to record that information in the State's WisVote voter database, despite its availability through the circuit courts—all in violation of the federal Help America Vote Act
7. WEC's failure to record non-citizens in the WisVote voter database, thereby permitting non-citizens to vote, even though WI law requires citizenship to vote—all in violation of the Help America Vote Act
8. Wisconsin election officials' and WEC's violation of Federal and Wisconsin Equal Protection Clauses by failing to treat all voters the same in the same election

...and these are just some of the issues contained in the report.

OSC also continues to investigate other leads.
Gableman said it represents "the duty of all citizens of our State & our nation to work hard to secure our democracy for this generation & the next," and noted "it provides a list of recommendations with time for the Legislature to act before the close of its session in March."
Everyone *must* read the OSC's second interim report, which concludes with "the 2020 election was held in violation of [Wisconsin] state law" and suggests the legislature "could decertify the certified electors in the 2020 presidential election." 🔥

BREAKING: The Capitol Police Board has issued an emergency declaration in response to the People's Convoy after it drove around the DC Beltway for four hours on Sunday. #FreedomConvoy
Per @bpolitics, the emergency declaration allows police to ask for help from the National Guard in addition to permitting payment for officers' hotels and food costs to stay near the Capitol.

"Officials were especially worried what the convoys would do Monday."
"The protest, which started Sunday with truckers making two noisy laps around the Capital Beltway interstate highway, could last several days." 😂 (@bpolitics)

Per a trucker on the official People's Convoy page: "We will hold the line! YOU WORK FOR US!"

Canadian authorities say 206 bank accounts were frozen under the power granted by the Emergencies Act thus far.

One of those bank accounts belongs to a single mom with a minimum wage job who donated $50 to the Freedom Convoy when it was legal.
Canadian trucker Derek Brouwer said his truck was seized & personal/business bank accounts have been frozen since Friday because of his involvement in the protests.

“They’ve taken my truck—I don't know where it is”

They also locked his account for a non-truck business he owns.
Emergency Preparedness Minister Bill Blair told @CTVNews that the act it “isn't targeted at small donations.”

When pressed about the threshold that would trigger Canadian authorities to freeze an account to investigate, Blair replied, “No one is interested in that.”

Sure… 🙄

OTTAWA: Mayor Jim Watson has suggested trucks and other vehicles seized by police during an operation to clear out the Freedom Convoy protest be used to pay for policing costs.

He believes the Emergencies Act would allow for such action.
It’s not enough that they freeze bank accounts, trample peaceful protesters, and potentially euthanize trucker’s pets.

“I’ve asked our city manager, for instance, how can we take possession of all of those trucks that have been towed away?” —Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson
“I don't think the taxpayers of Ottawa should be paying for this multi-million dollar bill that we’re going to be saddled with because of the irresponsibility and the illegal activities of a bunch of truckers and others who showed little regard for our community and its people.”

Christine Anderson, EU Parliament member to Australia: “I will do whatever I can to make it known to the world that your once free and liberal democracy has been transformed into a totalitarian regime which tramples on human’s rights, civil liberties, and the rule of law.”
“I am imploring all of you around the world who still think your governments are looking out for your best interest. At no point in history have the people forcing others into compliance been the good guys. The welfare of humanity has always been the alibi of tyrants.”
