Another try of enemy hackers to harm Ukraine

The CERT-UA which operates within the SSSCIP has revealed the distribution of fake emails on behalf of the state bodies of Ukraine with instructions to increase information security.

In the body of the letter there is a link to the website hxxps://forkscenter[.]Fr/, from which it is proposed to download "critical updates" in the form of a file "BitdefenderWindowsUpdatePackage.exe" about 60MB in size.

This file is run by the "alt.exe" boot loader, which installs a number of files.

The investigation determined that running the downloaded file "one.exe" will damage your computer with the malicious program Cobalt Strike Beacon.

In Kharkiv, mobile operators are rebuilding infrastructure to improve mobile communications. In Kherson, Kyivstar covers 96%, Vodafone 93%, and Lifecell 82%. Restoration work is underway in Melitopol, Chernihiv and Sumy after the occupier tried to destroy infrastructure.
The critical infrastructure of JSC Ukrtelecom is working. Provision of services has already been resumed in Zaporizhia oblast, restoration works are underway in Kherson and Mykolaiv oblasts.

A number of humanitarian corridors will be opened in Ukraine on March 10 at 9 am to evacuate the population from Sumy, Trostyanets, Izyum, Mariupol, Volnovakha and Borodyanka.

On March 7, the SSSCIP Ukraine together with UCFR and NCCIR called on the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) not to support the election of Russian officials to senior positions.
Today, the ITU decided to exclude representatives of the occupier country from the list of candidates for positions in the Research Commissions of the Standardization Sector.
