Unknown persons (presumably NSC officers) painted the symbol "Z" and the inscription "Putin" on the car of a civil activist Zhanna #ZHALGASOVA.

 Apparently this was not enough, so they also posted wanted notices with Zhanna's picture in all the sections of her building, where they described her as a dangerous and unstable person.

 They offered a reward for providing information on the activist's whereabouts, but did not give any contact phone number.We consider this incident as political persecution in connection with Zhanna ZHALGASOVA'S civil activism.

 Following these images, I also received a threatening message of religious nature. Due to this threat, on the same day I filed a complaint to the Munaily District Police Department.

 His wife #SEITKHAN Gulzhaniya reports that her husband was beaten from 5 to 7 January after his arrest and continued to be beaten in a pre-trial detention facility. For being an ethnic Kazakh migrant from China, he was beaten and called a traitor

 On 5 March, 2022 police district inspector Nurzhan #AMANGELDINOV came over to the civil activist Aizhan #AKISHEVA and gave her a subpoena to summon her for interrogation as a witness in a criminal case № 221132031000009. The subpoena was signed by investigator Zorin P.N.

 Moreover, this district inspector familiarized Aizhan with an order issued by the Head of the Police Department of Akkol district and lieutenant colonel #MUSAYEV R. The document is ordering to interrogate Aizhan #AKISHEVA.
