The minute before this. “Just a Test” is proof that Lawyers, Politicians, and Public just doesn’t understand what medical is. That’s our fault as doctors for not describing it properly.
@farid__jalali The insurer & litigator push for “just a test” is a fundamental lack of this understanding. Perhaps we explain it to judges, lawyers like this: We just want a judgement your honor. No discovery, No Motions. That’s all we want, a judgement. @EdGainesIII sound good?
To explain it to the insurers perhaps we say, we just want a payment. Submit the claim to you, you pay. Wait! Isn’t that what FFCRA AND #CARESact said?
This control of good medicine by corporations, insurer/finance, nonclinical regulating boards is endangering citizens who had #COVID & who have #COVID19 People are dying from corporate practice of medicine.
