☑️ civil activist #SABITOV Aibek at 16:00, the judge is #AMANKULOVA Nazira Olzhabayevna, and the secretary #TUNALIYEV Bakhytzhan.

 ☑️ and civil activist #ASHTAYEV Zhanmurat at 16:00.On 1 February 2022, a politically motivated trial was held to consider the replacement of the punishment in the form of restriction of liberty with imprisonment for a civil activist Aibek SABITOV from Shymkent.

 The authorities replaced the restriction of liberty with imprisonment for a period of 3 months and 15 days for not registering with the probation service,but in fact for Aibek SABITOV’s participation in peaceful protests and criticism of the authorities(exercising his rights)

 The judge failed to take into account neither the testimonies of 15 witnesses, nor the recordings of CCTV cameras.

 Yerganat was hospitalised in the city hospital No 4. However, police officers took Yerganat from the hospital and brought him to the pre-trial detention facility, where he was beaten and tortured despite being wounded!

On 8 January 2022 at about 11:00 pm armed and masked SOBR officers (the Special Rapid Response Unit) and police officers broke into the house of Duman #KENZHEBAI, a local master of ceremonies.

 They immediately threw him to the floor, and when his wife began to ask them questions, they threatened to shoot her and his children down. The SOBR officers intended to take Duman barefoot with just underpants on him,

 but after his wife's demands they allowed him to get dressed.

He was brought to the District Department of Internal Affairs of Atyrau after which he was taken to "the chamber of horrors"(the sports hall "Dynamo")where he was beaten by 15 SOBR officers who jumped on his head,

 Aidyn was arrested on 6 January 2022 at a peaceful rally in the square. Police officers beat and tortured him. Akmaral believes he is a disabled person now. For 20 days he could not remember anything, he had memory loss.

 The police officers did not allow his relatives to see him. Akmaral is not allowed to make a head MRI for Aidyn KAPTUSHEV. He is accused under Article 272 Part 2 (participation in mass disorders).

 That is where all the people, wounded during the January protests, were brought after being forcibly taken from every hospital in Almaty. One of such abducted patients is Darkhan #DUSIBAYEV.

 Darkhan was brought to the city hospital #7 in Kalkaman microdistrict. He was in critical condition, so he underwent emergency surgery. After the surgery the doctors told him that he had been shot in the stomach.

 Following these images, I also received a threatening message of religious nature. Due to this threat, on the same day I filed a complaint to the Munaily District Police Department.

 The complaint was received by the police captain #KOISHANOV Amir Zhaksybayevich; a few hours later he notified me that my complaint was left without consideration.
