7. In over 20 years.. nobody remembers Guj earthquake or mentions anniversaries.. bec Gujjus recovered fast from that tragedy (due credit to @narendramodi too)... But KPs never recovered from their tragedy.. nor did any govt help them.. @AnupamPKher should educate himself better.

9. The Rights to the story of Schindler were with Martin Scorsese (A born Catholic, just as the Nazis).. but he wanted the movie be made by a Jew.. so he exchanged the movie with Spielberg for "Cape Fear" (which was to be directed by Spielberg)... Did you know this @AnupamPKher?

10. So what is so special about Oskar Schindler? Well.. Schindler was NOT a Jew... he was a profiteering Nazi businessman.. and supported the Nazi and was friendly with the criminal SS men.. that is the CRUX of the whole story that most miss..

This is that young Jewish girl in Red coat.. the only one in color in the entire movie.. "Schindler's List"...The Red coat girl is killed by the Nazis.. and shes dumped with other corpses.. thats how Schindler's recogises the Red-coat girl & his heart changes..

The story of "Schindler's List" is not about the Holocaust.. The Holocaust is the backdrop & shows the brutality of the mass-murders by Nazis.. even entire extermination of towns.. The story is of a "Swindler" Schindler who conned the Nazis & saved Jews..
