Starting with bad news, Arizona SB1138 and SB1165 have been passed and will be going to the Governor to be signed. These are a bill banning transition-related care for minors and a sports bill, respectively
Another Bill that has been passed and is to be sent to the Governor is Oklahoma SB2, a hold-over bill from last session. This is a standard sports bill that has the added delight of declaring trans kids in sports to be an "emergency", never mind all else that has been happening
A copy of that bill, Oklahoma HB4245 has also entered the Senate and was read, but is largely redundant.
Also classified as an "emergency", SB1100 bans the use of intersex as a designation on a birth certificate. It has passed the Senate and is headed to the House.
Finally, the Tennessee bills SB2153, SB2777, HB2316, and HB2633 have all been placed on calendar for their respective committees next week. These bills are sports bans and bills that make teachers have to deadname and misgender their students.
