I have been thinking about the GA True The Vote Information that has been made available.
And, the curious response from @GovKemp and the @GBI_GA to the information provided to them by True the Vote.

There was a lot of talk in GOP circles last summer about the True The Vote information. They shared those videos to a lot of people behind the scenes while at the same time waiting for the GBI to move on the information they had given them.
Why GBI? Maybe because of the scope

After the election, the GBI was empowered by the Governor to assist in election investigations.

In August, the TTV report was leaked to Breitbart, who wrote an article on their investigation. It was the first time what TTV was doing went out to the general public.

TTV responded to the Breibart article by releasing this statement explaining the nature of their investigation and the fact that they had presented their information to various state and federal investigative agencies.

Then, a month later, the GBI leaks a memo to the @AJC saying they declined to open an investigation on the information presented to them.
“Based on what has been provided and what has not been provided, an investigation is not justified,” Reynolds wrote.

“What has not been provided is any other kind of evidence that ties these cellphones to ballot harvesting, for example, there are no statements of witnesses and no names of any potential defendants to interview.” Reynolds wrote in the Sept. 30 letter.

“As it exists, the data, while curious, does not rise to the level of probable cause that a crime has been committed.”

What evidence did TTV provide to the GBI? We get a clue about that from the letter written in response to the GBI's decision by @DavidShafer the chair of the @GaRepublicans

They presented video evidence to the GBI. Video which we have now seen in the trailer of the movie 2000mules. That was not enough for the GBI? Curious. Video of people breaking the law was not sufficient to proceed further? At least Get their cellphone #s and question them?

Notice the letter also states multiple conversations over the past 6 months..So Shafer had conversations with them.. But note what TTV said in their "preserve your documents" letter.

So, we have TTV calling out the GBI for refusing to meet with them to get more information. We have the GBI refusing to investigate. TTV already has the WB. Why did the GBI and FBI not use the cellphone data to find the people? (I have the same question about the J6 "bomber")

The Atlanta media all ran with the story that once again, an investigation was turned down, debunked, the "big lie", nothing to see here, etc.
This happened at the same time the counterfeit ballot clase was closed bc of "standing" issues... Convenient timing.

So, what happens next? Strangely enough. Gov Kemp issues a letter requesting an investigation into data from the Fulton County RLA presented to his office by Mr Rossi. The opening paragraph of his letter is fascinating.

The local Atlanta outlets are not covering the investigation, but @jsolomonReports is. I find it interesting that the local Atlanta outlets are not covering it.

I can't find anywhere that Kemp has even been asked about it.

TTV refused to immediately turn over the name of the WB to the SOS office. They wanted a subpoena to cover themselves legally. The subpoena had to come from the State BOE. It took a couple of months for a new chair to be installed. More delays. Still no local news coverage.

The WB claims he was paid $10 per ballot, and made $45k between Oct 2020 and Jan 2021 to deliver ballots.

We have people on video that are shown taking pictures of them holding ballots, taking a picture of them holding ballots by the drop boxes before dropping the ballots in.

The only coverage I can find outside of Solomon regarding the new investigation is this "fact check" from Yahoo.
They disparage Solomon, say the ballots aren't fraudulent, etc.

Last week, the subpoena issued. After the election ppl said that "only legal votes" should count.

"Georgia law expressly prohibits third parties from collecting, gathering or delivering absentee ballots, except in the case of immediate relatives."

I find it interesting that the GA Leg did not address ballot drop boxes in their new legislation this year. They know this info is out there. Instead, the current legislation further codifies use of drop boxes. They also didn't invite TTV to testify about their investigation.

OTOH, the WI Legislature DID invite TTV to testify last week as a follow up to Judge Gableman's report.

They said a lot. And explained why they wanted to cover themselves legally with a subpoena for the WB.

Think about the evidence they uncovered for GA. Just in Atlanta metro. This is evidence that the GBI ignored.

How many votes if it is 10 ballots per drop?

What was the margin of victory in November 2020?
less than 12k in the presidential.
Perdue needed less than 20K to keep from going to a runoff.

How many of these ballots that were cast illegally affected these margins?

I wonder if the GA Establishment hoped the GBI shutting down the investigation would close the matter for good?
When @DavidPerdueGA entered the primary and talks about this issue, the ATL press calls it "debunked" and "the big lie"

They are lying by omission bc they ignore TTV

and the now opened investigation.
WHEN this topic comes up on the debate stage and @DavidPerdueGA pushes Kemp to explain why the GBI shut the investigation down, I do not doubt that the press will treat it the same way they treated Hunter's laptop.
But they have a problem.

There IS an open investigation.
And there is a movie coming.

My only question is, will the movie be released before the debates?

And do not be deceived by what the Atlanta press says. What happened in November is still on the hearts and minds of the voters in GA. That is why David is crisscrossing the state and talking to them, telling them what happened to him. Reminding them of what Kemp did.

When that movie comes out. The entire world will know what happened in Georgia with this ballot harvesting issue. Kemp's office tried to hide it. The GA Legislature tried to ignore it.

Not going to happen.

As a GA voter, I can't wait to see what happens.
