She was kept at a police station for 16 hours, having had food only once.

 Her husband Farkhat GAZIZ confirms her evidence. 
On 5 January 2022 Fatima Gaziz took part in the peaceful protest in Aktobe, near the Akimat (local executive body), to demonstrate her stance on the situation in the country, e.g. increase of prices and living standards.

 Policemen, located near the Akimat, attacked the protesters using stun grenades. Fatima GAZIZ was wounded and some people took her to the hospital where she stayed for 7 days.

❗️29-year-old Sayat #ADILBEKULY was shot in the leg on 5 January when he was walking toward the Central Pharmacy in Almaty. His life was saved, and he underwent kidney surgery.

 Two catheters were placed into Sayat's body and they were supposed to be changed every 3 hours. 

However, on 8 January Sayat was abducted right from the hospital.
