• Peer pressure

Build relationships with real estate agents, they’ll have a lot of inside information.

Look for houses for sale and contact the seller to see if they have anything they would like to sell, or if they need any work done on their property.

Home owners looking to sell usually spend money on cosmetics to boost the ‘selling price’

Market your services as a value add at low cost.

• Roofs
• Paving
• Walls

Then sell add ons.

Downsizing and Auctions

Many homeowners are financially burdened and are forced to downscale, there’s a high chance you’re able to get quality goods on discount that you can resale

They may be moving somewhere smaller and just don’t have the space for it anymore.

Buy now Pay later

You don’t necessarily have to buy things you want to sell

You can play open cards with someone

• Market products using ur network +charge a commission for doing so

•Ask people what they want for it and then sell it with a mark up and keep the rest

Many homeowners or even tenants need to move premises.

Build a data base of bakkie/truck hire businesses and know their prices/rates.

You don’t have to have a vehicle yourself to start.

Offer your services, land a customer, then rent what you need.

3.6/ Target Emigration

Many people may be emigrating and may be selling everything. Again, offer to sell if for them for a fee.

you can buy the things that you think will sell the best and resale as packages with other items ect.

People pay for convenience, consider doing grocery shopping for people, or standing in queues for people.

There are thousands of people selling things everyday - products and services.

Reach out to them, you could link buyers and sellers of cars, houses, or even insurance products.

By connecting the two, you earn a ‘finders fee’

There was a major road that was prone to accidents in my hometown.

In my lunch breaks I would sit there in my car and watch. I’d connect with the tow truck company and inform them if there were any accidents. If they got the tow, I got R400
