@singularity_net @DeepFunding The @DeepFunding program intends to distribute up to $1M USD equivalent value in #AGIX tokens (currently valued at 0.11 USD per token) in the first funding round (March - May 2022).

These rounds are expected to grow in size and scale after this initial implementation.
@singularity_net @DeepFunding The project is searching for AI & App developers to send in proposals for innovative AI products

Winners will receive funding and

- keep ownership of their AI model
- be able to monetize their intellectual property
- contribute to building a global ecosystem of decentralized AI
@singularity_net @DeepFunding Hear about the @DeepFunding Program directly from @Singularity_net 's Founder, Dr. Ben Goertzel @bengoertzel

@singularity_net @DeepFunding @bengoertzel Deep Funding is intended to be a genuinely bottom-up and community-driven program where community involvement is essential for reviewing proposed grants and projects to ensure the best make it to the top.

That's the core principles behind Swae
@singularity_net @DeepFunding @bengoertzel Community members are invited to submit new grant proposals, read and review other proposals, and help refine them through collaborative and crowdsourced editing

This also includes the ability to point out strengths, risks, ask questions, as well as voting for the best Proposals
@singularity_net @DeepFunding @bengoertzel Through the process of collective intelligence and constructive criticism from the community, the best proposals will be prioritized and supported to implementation, and @singularity_net will begin practicing how best to implement community-driven governance for its DAO.
@singularity_net @DeepFunding @bengoertzel There are two levels of grants that will be offered in round one:

1) $500k of AGIX for smaller proposals (max of $40k AGIX per proposal)

2) $500k of AGIX for larger proposals (maximum of $150k AGIX per proposal)
@singularity_net @DeepFunding @bengoertzel The projects that are chosen as grant winners will receive funding through grants to develop their AI project using AGIX tokens from @singularity_net DAO platform called @SingularityDAO
@singularity_net @DeepFunding @bengoertzel @SingularityDao The process is being managed on Swae- a robust community-driven and consensus-building platform that enables decision-making that’s driven by collective intelligence and AI.

It's the future of #DAOgovernance and Grant Funding

@JanHorlings VP of Products
@singularity_net @DeepFunding @bengoertzel @SingularityDao @JanHorlings "With our joint collaborative and innovative approach and the constructive feedback of our community, I am confident we will be able to develop @Swae_io even further into the best tool for governance processes of DAOs (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations)."

@JanHorlings
@singularity_net @DeepFunding @bengoertzel @SingularityDao @JanHorlings "Swae was founded to give everyone inside an organization an equal voice in raising solutions and shaping decisions. Nowhere do we see a greater opportunity for this to become normality than in the world of Web3 with the explosive growth of DAOs"

@soushiant Founder & CEO of Swae
@singularity_net @DeepFunding @bengoertzel @SingularityDao @JanHorlings @soushiant "@DeepFunding program is designed to support new ideas in decentralized AI. Our NLP work @Swae_io is truly making the future possible as we observe current AI solutions helping to create new ones."

@McKinsey Research Recap: 4 Ways to Build a More Inclusive Workplace

#Inclusion is the degree to which an individual feels that their authentic selves are welcomed at work, enabling them to contribute in a meaningful and deliberate manner.

swae.io/resources/repo…
@McKinsey “39% of all respondents say they have turned down or decided not to pursue a job because of a perceived lack of inclusion at an organization”
@McKinsey & Company

This should matter to leaders everywhere. If people feel there’s a lack of inclusion, they’ll bypass your company
@McKinsey How do leaders ensure that doesn’t happen?

Answer: Focus on making your workplace culture more diverse and make it a priority now (versus somewhere in the distant future). When you create a more inclusive and diverse environment, your company will notice positive outcomes.

Deciding is the process of choosing which knowledge should be drawn upon

“what is”
the facts - your broader understanding of the cause-effect machinery that underlies it, then

“what to do about it”
Weighing them to determine a course of action

@RayDalio
@RayDalio Using @Swae_io - people crowdsource 'the facts' #collaboratively and #inclusively, so everyone gets their voice heard.

This helps make good ideas, great and takes in a diverse range of opinions.

It can also help sense-check, de-bias, de-risk and remove harmful emotions
@RayDalio Once 'the facts' are in place, its time to determine a course of action.

Voting for ideas based on merit brings about more successful outcomes (rather than voting for the #HiPPO's idea).

Swae even lets you vote 'negatively' so unfeasible ideas can be curtailed, saving resources
