🚨Coolidge Reagan Foundation (which sponsors the RightDefense.org conservative criminal defense nonprofit) just won BIG in their project against the Hillary Clinton campaign & DNC‼️ @DanBackerEsq secured $113K in fines for the illegal secret funding of the Steele dossier‼️
A combined $1,024,407.97 was paid by the DNC and Clinton campaign for Fusion GPS’s information. Both hid the reason, claiming it was for legal services, not opposition research.
DNC & CLINTON CAMPAIGN HANDED OVER $1M to lie to the public about Trump, then lied about their fraud.
I’ll chime in on this slap and the lack of arrest, since everyone keeps claiming it’s privilege—
The slap was a battery/assault depending on how the code is written. But the victim, Chris Rock, would have to choose to prosecute. Chris probably let it go for professional reasons.
Chris Rock can choose to prosecute Will Smith later. Misdemeanors usually have a statute of limitations of about 12 months.
Though I doubt he will. He doesn’t seem like the type.
Yes, people can consent to being assaulted and battered. Think boxing or MMA. That’s battery by definition and yet it’s not criminal because the “victim” chooses to consensually participate.
Here, Chris Rock didn’t consent prior to, but may choose not to prosecute afterward.
It’s an experience, to put it mildly, to be a conservative who happens to speak Russian and understand Ukrainian, who lived *there* once, to now see conservative “influencers” navigate their followers around a complex Eastern European war they first learned about on Twitter.
It reminds me of the summer of 2020 when every US-born American around me was either kneeling to mobs or gluing their own mouth shut— as I was watching in complete disbelief, confusion, horror. No one was speaking up and I was yelling at y’all to GTF off your damn knees.
By fall 2020, the blind emo-guilt started wearing off and people started coming around. But that summer? Y’all were baaaaaa 🐑🐑🐑
I find it interesting that the people who claim to stand for #2A / self defense / patriotism / stand your ground… are some of the first in line to criticize Ukrainians for standing their ground & fighting back.
Men who don’t stand their ground end up as refugees...
These are the same people who complain about young male refugees. Well if you don’t want male refugees then you should be encouraging men to stand their ground and fight for their land. Surrendering to a terrorist regime yields refugee status. It’s the opposite of what you want.
Not only are they choosing to stay, men are voluntarily coming back home to fight.
