Clean Air - the UK thread.

You are surrounded by CoVid and are desperate to keep LongCoVid at bay.

You've come to the right place.

It starts with P3/P100 elastomeric respirators, available at your local Screwfix (H/T @PlasticFull ).

screwfix.com/c/safety-workw…
You will be a little more muffled than in an P2. If you are a teacher, many teachers in America wear a UHF microphone and speaker with it.

This is the one I use:
amazon.co.uk/ZOWEETEK-Ampli…
Have a child? There is a US made child elastomeric respirator that can be shipped.

Best way of ordering?

Not familiar with the flomask?

Long thread, but will get you up to speed. Skip to the last few tweets for some names you might recognize sharing their personal experiences.

But hey! Disposable P2's are very good, too!
screwfix.com/p/disposable-h…

And molded P2's. (Valved masks provide surgical mask level source control ).

screwfix.com/p/moulded-valv…

Cromwell's (H/T @amandalhu )
cromwell.co.uk/shop/personal-…

Are respirators enough? What if it slips ?
That's why it's very important to clean the air with UK air cleaners like the #corsirosenthalbox.

Here's one build:

The results? From farther down in this thread?

"NO covid cases in school for last month of school before Xmas holidays with
child made CRT HEPA filters!"

@PlasticFull has a marvelous website documenting all sorts of DIY builds here:

H/T to @PeteUK7 for reminding me of where to get commercial units as listed by @cleanairstars great website.

To jump to getting the air cleaners:
cleanairstars.com/hepafilters/

But I really like the business examples laid out at the bottom of the page.

cleanairstars.com
If you have air cleaners, do you still need respirators? Yes. Near field aerosols from your neighbor may be closer to you than the air cleaner.

Far field for that matter, too.

A note of warning. Do not buy ionization - or anything using something similar as listed below.
Dr. Zaatari is a force in IAQ, and she goes into great detail on why those are a very bad idea.

Finally, the combination of respirators and air cleaners can keep CoVid from attacking the rest of your family, even if it comes home with your child.

19 success stories with the #corsirosenthalbox. I've seen just as many with commercial units.

Make sure you read this guide BEFORE someone gets sick.

You've got this - you are not helpless.

WE are not helpless!

The CDC knew CoVid was airborne on March 5th, 2020.

The CDC confirmed it was airborne on June 4th, 2020.

A thread of receipts. And, at the end? A breadcrumb trail for journalists that is clearly laid out for you to break the biggest story of this century.

#COVIDisAirborne
But first? The CDC knows exactly how bad LongCoVid is.

And are letting Walensky's politics cause huge amounts of pain and suffering, by implementing the 5 day isolation policy and getting rid of masks.

For politics.

History.
Tedros admitted airborne in February 2020

Trump admitted airborne on February 7, 2020.

But then WHO said NOT airborne in March 2020.

As did Kerkhove.

@CDCDirector @AshishKJha46 live very close to each other in the wealthiest city in Massachusetts.

There is a public interest in linking their behavior to the risks being faced by their neighbors.

Here the city is discussed publicly.

I wasn't quite sure how to crunch the numbers on something I've been brooding on.

Someone else did:

The probability of catching LongCoVid after repeated infections thread, given listed assumptions.

@jeffreyatucker - yo.

Can you pass this to Koch?

Ah forget it. Will do myself.

@KochIndustries - yo. Want to make some serious money? Flip that N95 switch. Make it rain.

Replication begets mutations.
Mutations beget consumer hesitation.

BA4 and BA5 are on the way.

#CoVidIsAirborne.

This CoVid breathalyzer would NOT work if CoVid wasn't airborne. Think about it.

The CoVid Breathalyzer is here with a brand new EAU from the FDA.

H/T @justthefacts85 @LaClason

It detects Volatile Organic Compounds on our breath when we have CoVid, in less than 3 minutes. It's about the size of a suitcase, so pretty mobile.

Ah, 99.3% specificity is pretty darn good.

Big caveat in blue that will be ignored by everyone.
It works via...Magic! Otherwise known as gas chromatography.

And "InspectIR expects to be able to produce approximately 100 instruments per week...."

@CMOH_Alberta @AHS_media

Good afternoon folks! Another round of Mixed Messaging cleanup...my DMs are open.

Today....caring for a family member with CoVid at home.

A 🧵
First and foremost... You have no mention of Portable Air Cleaners whatsoever. No HEPAs, nothing.

Here are stories of success at home, with the #corsirosenthal box.

Why:

FAQ
cleanaircrew.org/boxfanfilterfa…
I think the problem is you don't have any good aerosol scientists advising you, @CMOH_Alberta @AHS_media.

Or you are not listening to them fully.

Because your CoVid Care page is a Hot Mess.

On it, you recognize ventilation helps. Acknowledging that Image
