I did the math. If you had staked 25 $ATOM (i.e 150$) on 1-Jan-2021, you'd have 2400$ today. That's a 16x. The breakdown, and how it compares to other majors coins 🧵

Staked $ATOM qualifies you for #airdrops. And unlike most crypto airdrops, #Cosmos airdrops usually come from innovative & serious projects.

So with 25 staked $ATOM you'd not only have your
25 $ATOM worth 611$ today, but also:

> 12.5 $OSMO worth 73$ today. The snapshot was 18-Feb-2021
> 25 $JUNO worth 413$ today. The snapshot was 18-Feb-2021

> 2453 $STARS worth 318$ today. The snapshot was 11-Oct-2021.
> 100 $CRE worth 300$ today. The snapshot was 1-Jan-2022

That's only counting the major airdrops. In addition, if you had staked all of your airdrops, you'd have qualified for more airdrops or extra rewards such as $NETA, or more $STARS (by staking your free $OSMO for instance)

Now look at the performance of the top coins since 1-Jan-2021:
$BTC is up 41% from $29332.14 to $41499
$ETH is up 327% from $729.05 to $3117.68
$DOT is up 124% from $8.28 to $18.62
$ADA is up 442% from $0.17 to $0.94

Without airdrops, $ATOM is up 315% from $5.87 to $24.42. But with airdrops, it's up 16x.

There's too many bullish things coming to $ATOM this year for the coin to remain as quiet as it did recently. But it should be said that $ATOM holders have already been handsomely rewarded.
