Modi govt gets ~₹27, while states get only 59 PAISE from excise on petrol. In 2012 under Manmohan, excise was ₹9.4. Of this, states used to get ₹2.60. So states used to get ₹2 MORE under Manmohan than what they are getting under Modi

Excise duty by Modi sarkar is up by a massive 194% on petrol & a gigantic 585% on diesel since 2014.

No matter which fig you see, it's clear that to fill its own coffers, Modi govt has raised burden on you while states have been left STARVING.
