Many people who had minor covid symptoms - like a cold - get better but then mysteriously get fatigue, brain fog, easily winded, heart races. These can start soon or later after having covid.

Many doctors aren't even aware and kids are left with no support or don't even know it is a real condition that was caused by "that little covid cold" they had a while ago.
We can't let this continue. Kids need help! People need to know that getting covid isn't just a cold

Many long-covid clinics do not take children/teens. Parents are left to care for their kids, look for anything that may help and grieve for the pre-covid life of their child that may be gone forever. Kids are being left behind, struggling to get out of bed.

Getting covid can mean that you are too tired to go to school anymore. You can't think well enough to understand your homework and are too tired to see your friends. Some college kids need to move home for care.
Research and treatment is urgently needed.

My teen has had COVID for 6 days and the rest of the family is still negative. Here’s what we are doing to limit spread at home 🧵 N95 masks, air filters, open windows, a plan, and understanding that #COVIDisAirborne 1/11
Covid spreads in the air like smoke so we plan to avoid shared air. Even if the infected person has left the room, the germs are still floating around. Cleaning the air with air purifiers, opening windows to get fresh air, wearing masks to reduce germs put into air and into body.
Masks: we all wear N95 masks except in our own room. KF94 and KN95 masks also good and kid sizes are available. Experts have found these types can be reused for 30+ hours. A mask is less than $2 each. Shop carefully, avoid fakes 3/11
