1. GENS Public Sale will distribute three (3) million GENS on the Genius X Launchpad
2. Priority will be given to investors who participated in the GY ISPO #cardano #geniusyield #publicsale

3. The first three rounds during the GENS Public sale will be tiered depending on the Bonus Reward Program categories
4. All qualifying investors will earn the right to purchase in the upcoming Public Sale. Every qualifying investor gets a chance to purchase allocated GENS fairly

5. ADA will be the only accepted cryptocurrency during this GENS Public Sale.
6. All investors must submit required personal details as part of the mandatory KYC.

7. The GENS Public Sale will be divided into four (4) Rounds
8. Investors can only purchase GENS once, even if they are eligible for multiple bonus rewards

The public sale date (Epoch) and fixed price for each GENS is specified as below:
- Approved Round 1 investors will purchase each GENS at $0.85 from June 24, 2022, to June 29, 2022, in Epoch 347

- Approved Round 2 investors will purchase each GENS at $1.15 from June 29, 2022, to July 4, 2022, in Epoch 348
- Approved Round 3 investors will purchase each GENS at $1.40 from July 4, 2022, to July 9, 2022, in Epoch 349

- In Round 4, investors will purchase each GENS for $1.50 from July 9, 2022, to July 14, 2022, or Epoch 350.
- The minimum individual allocation will be a fraction of the maximum individual allocation and will be announced in due course.
