Materials and documents obtained by the prosecution to make sure none of them are protected by attorney client privilege (the team Nessel fired did not make that major mistake)…

Nessel also appointed lead prosecutors with no background or expertise in investigating financial fraud or racketeering (which was the dark underbelly of the poisoning of Flint)…

Nessel's prosecutors also dropped financial fraud charges against Snyder-appointed officials that had been filed by the team she fired--and never re-filed them--leaving the perpetrators of the massive financial fraud that led to the #FlintWaterCrisis unaccountable...

And now, it looks like the MI Supreme Court is leaning toward tossing charges against Snyder & other key defendants due to the fact that Nessel's prosecutors used a secretive one-man grand jury process—which has rarely been used in MI—rather than traditional preliminary hearings

The corporate media--national and in MI--has never pressed Nessel on why she really fired the original prosecution team that had momentum and had already charged 15 state and city officials (including Snyder appointed officials with financial fraud). Instead they have had her..

on TV news often on Trump/January 6th/white supremacists in MI issues. Those things are important, but how does the Attorney General who ran on delivering justice to Flint get zero pushback or even questions from mainstream media about the worsening train wreck she engineered?
