ESM Ex Servicemen Management and their minimal needs of Pension , Medicare has become a hugely complicated bureacratic exercise by Government of India 🇮🇳 With 100s of rules ,cards and changes it has become a nightmare for many veterans with no end in sight @HQ_IDS_India @adgpi

I think , no country has such complicated systems in existence Further access to cantonments has become a hassle

#SPARSH an empire building exercise , supported by quivering elected ones not knowing exactly what to do in their glide to luxury flying around on Persian Carpets

#ECHS is another such anathema

Compare this to organizations like the @ONGC_ which is a million times better than the service meted out to the Ex Servicemen who leave the Armed Forces of India

Endless chakkars happen from Station HQrs to the service dissemination centre &

Serving staff look at a you with disdain & disbelief wondering if such creatures really exist and are not from Mars 😂

In the end analysis : it is no longer an entity where Salt ( like the Roman Empire soldiers) was freely given & shared Salarium for services rendered Contract❌

Now we hear Tour of Duty being introduced . A gimmick to pander to USA 🇺🇲 & other Western think tanks
This will further add water to the Daal that is being cooked
