What is a #Keylogger in Computer?

A keylogger is an insidious form of #spyware. You enter sensitive data onto your keyboard, believing nobody is watching. In fact, keylogging #software is hard at work logging everything that you type.
Keyloggers are activity-monitoring software programs that give hackers access to your personal data. The passwords and credit card numbers you type, the webpages you visit, all by logging your keyboard strokes.
The software is installed on your computer, and records everything you type. Then it sends this log file to a server, where cybercriminals wait to make use of all this sensitive information.
If keyloggers seem like Hollywood fiction, that’s because we’ve seen them on the silver screen before. You might remember Tom Cruise’s character using one a Mission Impossible film, and the popular hacker show Mr. Robot bases a key plot point around keyloggers.

🥬 THE CHEMISTRY OF #RHUBARB

🍃 Rhubarb is a plant that enjoys cold climates and is found in mountainous and temperate areas of the world like Northeast Asia. The species Rheum x hybridum is commonly grown as an edible vegetable across Europe and North America.
It has long fibrous stalks that range from dark red to pale green. These are often chopped & cooked with sugar due to their very sour taste. Meanwhile, its large dark green leaves look a bit like spinach & are not usually eaten due to fears about them being poisonous or inedible.
⬆️ HIGH IN OXALIC ACID

🍃 Rhubarb leaves are considered inedible due to their high concentration of oxalic acid. In fact, both the stalks and leaves contain oxalic acid, but the leaves have a much higher content.

Why doesn't the Earth's core melt the entire planet?

The temperature of our planet's core is comparable to the surface temperature of the Sun, about 6,000°C.
#earthcore #temp #sun
It is only 3,000 kilometers away, but this heat does not reach us. One reason is the layer of solid rocky mantle, which surrounds the core and is an excellent thermal insulator.
But the main reason is the difference between heat and temperature. Simply put, heat is energy. And temperature is the density of that energy, that is, the amount of energy that is put into an object of a certain size.

Why #Baking Soda is used in #cooking?

Baking soda, an #alkaline compound, produces carbon dioxide bubbles when combined with an acid. The #bubbles get trapped, causing dough or batter to expand, or rise. This creates an airy texture in pancakes, cakes, bread, and other foods.
Baking soda also releases gas as it decomposes. When exposed to temperatures above 176 degrees Fahrenheit (80 degrees Celsius) in the oven, baking soda release bubbles and can cause food to rise.
For baked goods, usually to react with an acid to create carbon dioxide to leaven quickbreads, cakes, etc. It typically takes the form of double acting baking powder(unless buttermilk is used).
