After a three-day weekend, a jury Tuesday is deliberating the fate of former Clinton attorney Michael Sussmann following Friday's conclusion of his 10-day trial for allegedly lying to the FBI about concocted Trump-Russia links in the weeks before the 2016 election. #SussmannTrial
So, what is the jury in that Jury Room within the US District Courthouse in Washington DC looking at while it ponders a verdict? Exhibits.
And you can see them too.
@EpochTimes has obtained the Sussmann trial exhibits. documentcloud.org/projects/sussm…
@EpochTimes While many of us were engaged in Memorial Day activities, @ZackStieber and @IvanPentchoukov of @EpochTimes were doggedly chiseling away and here is the fruits of their labor laid out for you: documentcloud.org/projects/sussm………
@EpochTimes @ZackStieber @IvanPentchoukov Here's 100 exhibits. Page by page. Line by line. Twelve pages of exhibits. I think @ZackStieber and @IvanPentchoukov have been up all night tracking this stuff down. documentcloud.org/projects/sussm…
Randomly cherrypicking through these documents, also being viewed by the jury as it ponders a verdict Tuesday in the #SussmannTrial … here’s the February 2015 contract where Roland Joffe hires Sussmann at $795 an hour. (Or $79.50 every six minutes).

You want more? Of course you do.
Here's the whole shebang, the full set of 252 trial exhibits from USA v. Sussmann now available at

@EpochTimes @ZackStieber Verdict just announced: Sussmann NOT GUILTY. More coming at @EpochTimes
It only took a few hours for a jury Tuesday to determine former Clinton attorney Michael Sussmann is NOT GUILTY of lying about who he was representing when he delivered data to the FBI purporting a concocted Trump-Russian bank link weeks before the 2016 election. #SussmannTrial
In case you were settling in for a scintillating afternoon of #SussmannTrial exhibit reading, the jury has ruled Sussmann is NOT GUILTY. More coming fast and furious @EpochTimes
“While we are disappointed in the outcome, we respect the jury’s decision and thank them for their service,” Durham said. “I also want to recognize and thank the investigators and prosecution team for their dedicated efforts in seeking truth and justice ...” #SussmannTrial
Story to be continuously updated throughout the day. theepochtimes.com/jury-finds-for…
"I told the truth to the FBI and the jury clearly recognized that with their unanimous verdict today," Sussmann told reporters outside the courtroom.
"Despite being falsely accused, I believe that justice ultimately prevailed in my case," Sussmann said. #SussmannTrial.
This was a complicated trial over a simple charge: Did the lie? Will there be a #SussmannAppeal?
This was a complicated trial over a simple charge: Did he lie? Plenty of post-trial analysis @epochtimes.
Will there be a #SussmannAppeal?
So what’s next for #Durham’s team? Over two weeks of testimony, the #SussmannTrial rehashed some of the bitter controversies from the Donald Trump-Hillary Clinton presidential contest. @EpochTimes
During the 10 days of proceedings, prosecutors took aim beyond Sussmann to argue he was part of a “joint venture” by the Clinton campaign, Perkins Coie attorney Marc Elias, Neustar tech exec Rodney Joffe to orchestrate an “October Surprise” leading up to the 2016 election.
The #SussmannTrial focused on the role of “opposition research” in attempting to manipulate the media and exposed a sustained pattern of FBI bungling that — if it wasn’t contrived — could be the most frightening aspect of the whole affair.
The FBI investigated the "Alfa allegations" and decided they were unfounded within one day in September 2016. But somehow, someway, for some reason, this investigation lived on until January 2017 and no one could answer why. Conflation? A typo? The mystery remains. #SussmannTrial
Still reeling in reactions from Tuesday's 'NOT GUILTY' verdict ending the #SussmannTrial. @ZackStieber and @IvanPentchoukov hard at work @EpochTimes. And you know there's plenty coming down the pike @EpochTVus.
There will be no #SussmannAppeal because the defendant was unanimously acquitted. Baker and Sussmann can continue their decades-long friendship without the former FBI general counsel and current Twitter attorney having to worry about taking notes.
theepochtimes.com/clinton-lawyer…
During eight-plus hours on the stand over three days, Baker said "I don't recall" and "I don't remember" 116 times. He was a prosecution witness but effusively praised Sussmann as a friend, former DOJ colleague, and highly regarded cyber/national security expert. #SussmannTrial
With Sussmann not guilty, it's uncertain if #Durham will pursue more #RussiasGate indictments. He has one case against Igor Danchenko, charged with five counts of making false statements about data he gave to former MI6 agent Christopher #Steele. #DanchenkoTrial begins Oct 11.
#RussiaGate, of course. Live-tweeting has its perils. Meanwhile, speculation percolates about #RodneyJoffe, who has lost his FBI "confidential human source" status that allowed him to dodge prosecution despite, prosecutors allege, being the guy who hatched the whole shebang.
If you discount the two hours or so the jury deliberated Friday to selecting a foreman and going through Judge Christopher Cooper's instructions, at least 24 of them, it took the 12-member panel less than 2 hours Tuesday to render a unanimous verdict about 11 am. #SussmannTrial
Much more on Tuesday's 'NOT GUILTY' verdict ending the #SussmannTrial with @ZackStieber and
@IvanPentchoukov busting it at @EpochTimes and plenty more reaction at @EpochTVus.

#SussmannTrial Day 10: Barricades have been placed before the main entry of the E. Barnett Perryman Courthouse in Washington DC where former #Clinton attorney Michael Sussmann’s trial for allegedly lying to the FBI about concocted #Trump-Russia links presumably concludes Friday.
@EpochTimes has covered the trial blow-by-blow since the opening gavel and will be here until the end. To catch up, Zach Stieber — brilliant ace reporter that he is — has built this timeline.
US District Judge Christopher Cooper has scheduled closing arguments to begin at 9 am. He asked attorneys to limit final orations to one hour and 40 minutes each — no more than 100 minutes. #SussmannTrial

Reporters are in the media room at the US District Courthouse in Washington, DC, 50 minutes after it's supposed to open, so off to slow start this drizzly Tuesday for Day 7 of #Clinton attorney Michael Sussmann’s trial for lying to FBI about Trump-Russia links. #SussmannTrial
DOJ deputy assistant attorney general Tricia Anderson takes the stand. Her notes taken after speaking with former general counsel James Baker after he received data, documents from Sussmann is evidence in the case. #SussmannTrial
Prosecutor Brittain Shaw ends her examination of Anderson in less than 10 minutes. Like FBI agent Bill Priestap Monday, she doesn't recall specifics and is testifying on notes taken during meetings she cannot recall. #SussmannTrial

#SussmannTrial Day 6: #Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann’s trial for allegedly lying to the FBI about concocted links between the Trump Organization and a Kremlin-linked bank prior to the 2016 election continues Monday in Washington, DC. A recap: theepochtimes.com/former-fbi-off…
Ten witnesses have testified: two FBI agents, a Neustar executive, DNC attorney Debbie Fine, FusionGPS’s Laura Seago, former Clinton general counsel Marc Elias, former FBI general counsel James Baker, former Clinton manager Robby Mook, two retired CIA agents. #SussmannTrial
Among disclosures in the #SussmannTrial is the Clinton campaign solicited media to publish the allegations. On Friday, Mook confirmed Hilary Clinton personally approved, spurring former President Donald Trump to ask, “Where do I get my reputation back?” theepochtimes.com/trump-after-te…

#SussmannTrial Day 5: The first week of the anticipated two-week trial of #Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann concludes Friday with former FBI general counsel James A. Baker on the stand. Here’s a recap: theepochtimes.com/fbi-lawyer-say…
Baker is a key witness in the case against Sussmann, who is charged with lying to the FBI when he delivered thumb drives, documents to Baker alleging “a secret server connection” between the Trump Organization and Kremlin-liked Alfa Bank. #SussmannTrial
But Baker is not a “friendly” witness for Special Prosecutor John #Durham’s team. He'd worked with Sussmann at the DOJ and they maintain a friendship. On the stand, he’s repeatedly referenced his respect for him as a cyber/national security expert. #SussmannTrial
