I didn’t know I was on Arabic channel till I realised that there was an interpreter and screen had only Arabic.
Before me they had famous AIMIM MP - “Hang her in public” misguiding the Arabic world. He was selling usual trope of genocide.1

His best con job was decrying arrest of #KetakiChitale by the govt to show horrible persecution! After I was invited, I explained that in our country, law and order is state subject and this person voted for the same govt that arrested the lady.2

While he spoke, channel showed women crying, bulldozers in action. Poor ‘demonstrators’ being beaten. When they called me, showed a page of an ‘American’ journal decrying Muslim persecution. Said, we are democratic and have more rights than Qatar. 3

I said, I don’t care about what Americans write and first exposed the ‘hang her in public’ MP, then recounted various Minority schemes, budgets and benefits Muslims are reaping. Explained that we are run by constitution not Shariah. 4

Disturbed presenter, told me, forget it, Imtiaz didn’t talk about beheading in his program! I said but he did it in India and he is talking about Indian persecution. He said, not explain ‘demonstrators’ being beaten. I said, how would you treat illegal constructions? Destroy. 5

In Qatar one cant even demonstrate. But, if someone did and burnt houses, threw stones, what would your govt do? Punish, beat them and take them to police station,right? The guy realised that he got a wrong person on show. He immediately blocked me saying time is short. 6 🤓😂

Sorry guys, you missed the amusing 5 min intervention. But, on a serious note, it showed how our great ‘constitutionalist’ politicians and their cohorts are spreading misinformation and hate against ‘their’ country where there is no one to counter them and expose them. 7 END
